Another crew camped on Birch Lake had an adult go to the toilet. As he sat down a nine-foot tall gorilla-like creature ran on two legs across the path in front of him. He ran back terrified and the crew left that camp.

Whistle near Virginia, Minnesota
A hunter walking out after dark past a cemetery and dense pines heard a single whistle, whistled back, then heard loud screaming and tree shaking. He fled to the truck and left with his companion. The next day both returned and found pyramid-like piles and a large orange scat pile they photographed and sent to wildlife contacts who did not recognize it.
