Woman describes husband's daytime sighting on ranch near Quitman, TX
The witness was alone checking hog traps at the secluded, heavily wooded back of a large ranch during the daytime. He saw a very large charcoal-gray hairy biped about six feet tall run behind a tree and hide. Frightened, he left the area immediately and did not see it again.
Family experiences activity near Ector.
In the fall of 2001 the witness's daughter was driving up the gravel access road to the family home late at night after work. A large fur-covered figure running upright crossed a few yards in front of her headlights from west to east. She later compared its appearance to the creature from the film Harry and the Hendersons and was reluctant to discuss it.

The guest's cousin rode a new bicycle down a dirt road near the grandparents' home when the chain came off by a creek crossing. While trying to fix it, the cousin heard something in the woods and saw something lean out from behind a pine tree. The cousin abandoned the bicycle and ran back to the house in distress.

Two boys walked from their houses into nearby woods toward a creekbed to shoot BB guns while footsteps seemed to parallel them and close to nearby. At the bottom of the creekbed they looked toward the sounds and saw a roughly seven-foot-tall hair-covered figure whose face they could not discern. Both fled home in fear and said the figure did not follow them.

The witness's father and a companion were fishing at Chambers Creek when a large hairy creature estimated at eight to ten feet tall appeared before them and roared while displaying its arms. Frightened, the two men ran to the truck and drove back to town. The account notes the creature was reportedly seen by others afterward.

Late at night while coon-hunting, four men waited by a campfire when their dogs stayed close and acted frightened. They then saw a huge white-haired figure standing about 30 yards away watching them. The men left the area quickly without further interaction.

Two hunters reported seeing a tall upright creature burst from dense brush carrying a calf in its arms. The men left the area and later returned at dusk with two other men to find a dead calf with entrails removed and disturbed brush nearby. Dogs brought to the site reportedly would not leave the vehicle, and the group left.
Dogman sighting in Texas
An officer on the border stopped a vehicle and the detained men began shouting about a wolf at the wood line. The officer saw a half-man half-wolf snarling and coming toward him, fired his service pistol at it without effect, then fled in his car. He later refused to patrol the area and lost his job and life.

As teenagers parked on a swampy back road, the uncle and friends had two giant hands part the reeds by the open window. A Bigfoot lowered its face to within a foot, looked at each person in turn, then released the reeds and walked away.

A visitor to a large Texas ranch during a blood moon heard forest animals become loud then go silent for about two minutes. This was followed by an extremely loud guttural yell that frightened her. The account was relayed by a guest who spoke with her at an event.

Sticks and limbs were thrown at them on a tractor, and whistles answered post-driving.
