Sasquatch sighting near Clay County
The guest's grandfather was working cutting railroad ties in West Virginia early one morning when brush began shaking violently. A very tall, hairy creature emerged and screamed at the crew, towering over the grandfather. The crew fled to get a supervisor and on returning found only very large footprints, described as twice the grandfather's foot length. The experience reportedly disturbed the grandfather enough that he moved his family to Ohio.

The witness's grandfather said something whoops in the mountains around his hunting cabins and will whoop back when he whoops at it. The grandfather also reported objects being moved around. The witness never heard it while staying there.
