The guest relayed his cousins' drive home past woods and a cemetery lit by a single light, where they saw a hairy form standing under the light with light reflecting off its fur. The cousins had previously ridiculed their father's warnings and were shaken afterward.

The witness's father and grandfather were out poaching deer at night. They lit something with a spotlight that went into the brush. Both agreed it was standing upright and walking on two legs, and discussed it in shock back in the kitchen.

The mother found a very large footprint with clear definition at the corner of the house. She tried to preserve it and photographed it with a tape measure for scale, showing it dwarfed a human foot and sank into the ground. After this she became convinced something large was around.

The grandfather drove in at dusk to find pigs raising a disturbance and something large scattering through the woods. He asked the witness's father for a gun and they found leaves torn up and limbs broken where it had plowed through. The grandfather was badly rattled and thereafter always carried a rifle there.

Neighbors a short distance up the creek called the witness's father around 1 or 2 in the morning. They reported screaming and noise with dogs and children frightened. The father loaded guns and drove down, but the witness did not recall what happened there.
Odor in Michigan (1977)
The guest relayed his father's account of a night when the family was home while the grandfather was away hauling freight. After a foul odor and prolonged barking by the guard dog, a long loud vocalization was heard, the dog was apparently dragged from under the chicken-coop camper, and three household members separately reported red eyes staring through windows. By morning the dog was dead and mutilated, all chickens were gone with feathers and footprints scattered, and the coop hatch had been opened from underneath.

While the witness waited at a fire, two companions went into a hollow after hearing noises. A large dark figure walked directly behind the witness without being heard. The son saw it silhouetted against the firelight with its head above a ten-foot branch.
Eyeshine near Midland County
Friends of the witness were fishing under a bridge by a nature sanctuary in Midland County and, while leaving for their cars in the dark, one reported seeing red eyes about eight feet up in the trees that appeared to swirl. The other friend suggested a bear. The witness was told about it about a month before the show.

At the Michigan house the family repeatedly heard knocks, whoops and howls. Around 2-3 AM the father saw a large black figure cross the field and road and called the sheriff. After the sheriff fled and returned with military trucks there was heavy automatic gunfire, and the father and son later found large amounts of blood and bullet-riddled trees.

A detective friend investigated an attempted break-in at an old cabin north of the witness's jurisdiction. Officers found large claw marks seven to eight feet high on exterior walls and window frames and very large canine-like foot impressions around the building. No suspect or animal was seen, and the cause was left unidentified.

The young son told his parents he saw four blank-white two-footed beings in the field that ran up a hill. The family went to look where they went. From the opposite end of the field something crashed through branches and hit the ground with a very loud heavy thud, after which the family went inside. A next-day search found no thrown log or rock.

The guest relayed an unverified story from his uncle about hunting deep in the woods with friends when the same foul odor from the farm incident returned. The uncle urged leaving, mentioned a Bigfoot nearby, and was ridiculed before the group camped overnight. The next day news reportedly told of a cow carried over a six-foot fence and gutted with organs missing, plus several Bigfoot sightings in the area the night before.

From early childhood the guest's younger sister repeatedly reported frightening beings trying to get her at night. One night the parents moved the children and a dog into the parents' bedroom, armed the guest, and searched outside. The next day large footprints were found under the sister's window and large handprints on the siding, suggesting something had looked in.

Two cousins were sleeping in a bedroom with the window open but screen shut. One woke screaming at a large hairy hand on the screen. An adult dismissed it as a nightmare.
