Sasquatch sighting in Florida (2012)
In 2012 the witness took his son to Myakka State Park. They found a 14 to 14.5-inch track off the main trail, followed back-and-forth walking in palmettos, and the son then saw a very tall creature for four to six seconds and drew it. Park staff directed them to a biologist who dismissed it without viewing the drawing.

Two identical-twin brothers hiking through ankle-deep water reached a clearing and found a creature lying on its back that flipped to all fours and sniffed them, appearing confused. It then stood on two legs and shook a tree to intimidate them as they backed out. That night at camp their stacked firewood was moved, and a neighboring camper said he saw two silhouettes moving it.
Movement only near Miami, Florida (1978)
A young pilot with two passengers flew a small Cessna from the Miami area toward the Bahamas and entered a tunnel-like cloud. The plane emerged over Cuba, landed on a road, took off again, and later crash-landed farther in the Bahamas. The pilot died but the two passengers survived to describe the tunnel and fog.
Odor near Davie, Florida (1974)
A local friend who swam in the turnaround where alligators would not go searched underwater and found an opening. He swam about 100 feet into a cavern, surfaced under the area used for bikes and horses, and encountered an overpowering stench that burned his eyes and made breathing hard. He believed he had found the creature's lair and asked the witness to keep it secret.

About a week after the first sighting, gunshots were heard from the nearby horse stable. The witness rode over and learned a large creature had grabbed a wild horse from behind. The horse kicked free, jumped the corral, and fled while the rancher shot at the creature. Next day the horse showed hand-like pressure marks, not claw scratches, on its hindquarters.

An older woman wrote that she and her uncle set traps for disappearing oranges and caught a tiny hair-covered naked man speaking an unknown language. Police put him in an orange crate, then the house was pelted with sticks, stones and oranges by dozens of similar beings until he was released. A later police worker recalled the crate incident.
UFO sighting near Pensacola, Florida
A fishing captain told the guest about being out in the Gulf when his depth finder rose rapidly. A large black shape came up from under the water and hovered above his boat with lights on the corners. It then took off at high speed, leaving only dark phone photos.

While visiting the site of alleged footage in a state park, the guest spoke with a snack-bar worker who described opening early one summer morning. With her headlights under a stilt building she saw a big black upright figure stooped so it could not stand fully, which then turned and vanished into the woods in three steps. As he prepared to leave to find a phone, a massive wide-bodied hairy thing rushed from the woods to his cab, stared him in the eyes, yelled and dented his hood. At the next phone he met the car's occupants, who said they had hit one creature and then been attacked by another before fleeing with passing motorists.

A team member and the member's stepson were in the woods at dusk to place equipment. They heard and felt something heavy run up behind them like a bull, with ground vibration. Turning around they saw nothing and left quickly.

They hid in grass and watched an auburn-reddish tall creature pick fruit and hold it in its arm, sniffing toward them before walking off. They pursued on foot hearing twig snaps and rustling of something large and seeing shifting eyeshine eight to ten feet up. Members then reported feeling ill, disoriented, and trance-like, with the last person feeling lured away from the group.

On night two the camp team spotted something large in the tree line on thermal at about a 180-yard shot near a 40-foot tree. Several members went out to get a better look. As soon as they got close it vanished with nothing more seen or heard.

A recorder left in the tree line about 200 yards from camp on the first day captured strange sounds on the only night no one stayed at camp. The sounds are described as unlike anything heard before, with talking-like gibberish underneath barking-like sounds. The narrator suggests the sounds were condensed from the whole first night.
