The guest relayed his cousins' drive home past woods and a cemetery lit by a single light, where they saw a hairy form standing under the light with light reflecting off its fur. The driver reportedly fainted from fear while the passenger braked the car, feared leaving the vehicle, later moved to drive away, and noted other motorists stopping with flashlights. The cousins had previously ridiculed their father's warnings and were shaken afterward.

At the Michigan house the family repeatedly heard knocks, whoops and howls. Around 2-3 AM the father saw a large black figure cross the field and road and called the sheriff. After the sheriff fled and returned with military trucks there was heavy automatic gunfire, and the father and son later found large amounts of blood and bullet-riddled trees.

The young son told his parents he saw four blank-white two-footed beings in the field that ran up a hill. The family went to look where they went. From the opposite end of the field something crashed through branches and hit the ground with a very loud heavy thud, after which the family went inside. A next-day search found no thrown log or rock.

Two boys walking down a road noticed what they first thought was a [name withheld] in an apple tree in an orchard. They watched it stand and walk bipedally between trees while continuing to pick apples. Realizing it was not a [name withheld], they became frightened and left the area.
