After a couple months, a soldier using a helicopter FLIR and night vision repeatedly saw tall full-grown male figures come down from the mountains and run across the plain like cheetahs. He estimated some at 13 to 16 feet tall and said reports to superiors brought no action, so they stopped reporting.
