Loud vocalizations sounds heard
Two companions watching lightning during a storm reportedly heard loud pig-like grunts and screams and noisy movement in dense brush. They also reported seeing red reflected eyes spaced a few inches apart. The animal was described as large, but its size could not be judged because of a steep slope, and no tracks or hair were found afterward.

They watched an orange ball bobbing up out of the trees, then a tremendously loud voice from the forest shook their truck and sent them fleeing.
