The guest's grandfather and his brother were in the Bald Hill area during logging-era hunting. While sleeping in their car, a large ape-like creature bent down and looked in the window, leaving handprints. The grandfather kept photos of the prints and never forgot the incident.

The friend was typing on a laptop when he looked up and saw an ugly man-like face staring through the window, then fled the room. The next morning in snow he and his father found large footprints circling the cabin and porch, knee-like marks by the bedroom window, and a large handprint on a snowy wall. A neighboring cabin owner said such activity was common and described watching animals from cabins at night as Bigfoot TV.
