On August 1, 1990, a woman at a mobile home near Eldon, Oklahoma reported hearing noises and smelling a bad odor before seeing a very tall, heavy creature. A deputy later found large impressions at the scene. Two days later, two other residents reported a similar upright animal at a trash pile nearby.

Late on Thanksgiving night in 1977, the witness was returning home from jogging when he heard a noise in nearby bushes and ran uphill toward his house. He then turned and watched a large figure running along the road before it went over a barbed-wire fence with little effort and disappeared into a field. A deputy later reported finding an unusually large, deep foot-shaped track in gravel.

The same rancher saw the creature again behind his house making a ruckus. He emptied his small revolver at it, firing nine or ten shots. The creature went away and this was the last direct sighting reported that weekend.
