A group preparing for an outdoor barbecue near an abandoned adobe hut noticed a dog wandering nearby. When shouted at, the animal rose onto its hind legs and ran toward them on two legs. The group fled to their cars.

A mother and daughter let 30 sheep and dogs into a canyon Saturday morning and later found them back at the house missing a ram, a sheep and a dog. Driving down they found the ram's skin ripped off with head nearby and body gone. They then watched a tall muscular silver-gray dog-headed figure with a fluffy tail stand, look at them, and walk around a dirt mound followed by a smaller similar figure on two legs before disappearing.

Years ago a woman reported that a tall hair-covered figure opened the door and walked into the house while she and her husband were home. Both were startled and it immediately darted back out. It was described as six and a half to seven feet, black, thin and human-like in the face.

A woman reported repeated scratch marks and wounds on her horse's back, leg and neck. In early June something bent poles and ripped new siding off the corral late at night while horses acted up and one fled to the field. No creature was directly seen.

A family twice found a large handprint on a vehicle, first last October and again in late spring. On one evening they saw something looking in the window above the TV. On another night a child saw a small monkey-like figure playing by a tree that left when disturbed. Dogs react with fear when it is around.

A woman went out one morning to feed her female German Shepherd and four puppies and found all of them dead with broken necks. The home is along an area with many reports. No creature was seen.

The same gentleman reportedly saw the larger figure across the road in a field. It dropped to all fours, gave a small yell, and ran back toward the river. The investigator describes such figures in the area as 6.5 to 7.5 feet, scraggly, with monkey-like yet human-looking hair-covered faces.

Neighbors heard a very loud yell/scream around 11pm that prompted many to turn on lights and use flashlights. The sound moved west and recurred a few days later closer to a mobile home. Two families reportedly moved out because of how big and loud it was.

Within the past week the same family reported a large figure over the back fence in the next field. The wife watched it and they flashed a light and got eye shine. The caller believed there were two of them.
