Sasquatch sighting in Illinois

A witness had a close encounter about 30 feet from a creature that had swum across a river to approach. The witness clearly saw its hands with black blunt nails and one ear exposed where water had parted the hair. The ear looked human-like but slightly larger and pointed on top.
