Her hog dogs stopped hunting and barking, and a small dog was grabbed and injured near a brush pile before she fired a rifle and heard an evil scream. The guest also recorded chimp-like sounds, and activity eased when her husband worked locally but resumed when he worked nights.

A couple and an elderly woman next door report repeated harassment when the husband is away working offshore. The creatures bang on the house and approach bedroom windows at night. Footprints have been photographed under the neighbor's window, and she now sleeps on the living room couch.
