Missing Cattle and large footprints found
Two brothers operating a cattle ranch reported losing 300-400 lb calves without trace each May through early July over three to four years, and noted cattle panicking at their approach from a distance. In the third year they found a freshly killed calf with its neck broken, no teeth or claw marks, and a deep parallel-sided bruise, which a vet and others examined. Three sets of large footprints and unknown feces containing smashed bone were also reported.
Sasquatch sighting
At 18 the witness watched a tall brown creature wade cattails, drink on all fours, stand, step onto a bank and leave hand and foot traces.

The witness reported finding tracks during a hike on Mt. Jefferson earlier in June.

A year or two before the main incident, the witness and a friend followed similar tracks over 100 feet until they entered brush.
