A very large upright figure stepped onto the road and approached them, becoming visible in the truck's cargo light and moonlight. Frightened by its size and continued approach, they scrambled into the truck, reversed toward it, and fled at high speed.

The witness was driving with a companion on a county road west of Clam Lake in late morning when they noticed a tall dark figure standing by the road. The companion, who had been looking at a phone, did not see the close view clearly.

Three companions were fishing quietly from a dock in the early morning darkness when they heard three extremely loud, deep whoops from nearby behind them. The sound was followed by a period of complete silence, then faint distant chatter described as like children from across the lake. They could see nothing in the dark and later found they could not reproduce the volume and depth of the whoops.

The witness was duck hunting on foot in a remote marsh in north-central Wisconsin on the morning of October 17, 2021. From a distance he noticed a large black bipedal figure moving quickly through swamp muck away from him, watching it with the naked eye for several hundred yards before capturing phone photos and video. After the hunt he checked the access points and found no other people or vehicles.

The witness was driving in the evening when headlights illuminated a large fur-covered bipedal figure standing beside a tree near the road shoulder. Only part of the figure was visible, but large reflecting eyes were seen during a brief few-second view. The driver called a relative immediately, and when they revisited the site with a dog a short time later, the dog whimpered and would not approach the area.

During winter coyote hunting from the same leased camper, the witness placed a call in the field and later went to bed in the rear bunk. Around 5:23 a.m. he heard crunching footsteps approach in snow and light tapping on the window by his head, then footsteps receding. In the morning no other footprints were found besides his own, and relatives said they had not walked there.

The witness was riding as a front-seat passenger in a slow-moving vehicle with two relatives when they passed a logged clearing. The witness briefly saw a large reddish-brown upright figure running at the far tree line, then the driver stopped after seeing a similar figure standing at the woods edge looking over its shoulder before pushing into the woods. The third occupant looked but the figure was already gone.
Rock throwing and stalking near Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest
The witness and two relatives were camped in a remote site in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Late at night the witness heard prolonged rustling and crackling at the camper's tarp porch, initially thinking a bear had returned. About half an hour later multiple rounds of rocks struck the camper, including a larger rock on the roof, waking the other two campers. In the morning the camp was undisturbed and a rock was found in a hammock behind the camper.

The witness and three relatives were preparing a leased hunting property in western Wisconsin for deer season. That night the witness and a relative used an electronic predator call at the bottom of a wooded U-shaped valley; after an accidental loud blast something crashed loudly through the valley. Back at the camper overnight, the witness's father heard repeated knocking all around the camper walls and assumed the younger men were locked out.

The witness was sitting by a campfire at the cabin at night when the dogs ran to the yard's edge barking and growling. A loud repetitive 'scree' call was heard from just beyond the light for several minutes, continuing after the dogs were put inside. The witness also reported a recurring rotten smell and heard unseen movement in the trees before the sounds and smell stopped.

The witness was driving south at night when an animal on all fours ran across the road from left to right, passing very close to the front of the car. The witness saw it only briefly and described it as hairy and brown with very thick hind legs. The companion in the passenger seat did not see the animal.

The witness was driving on Highway NN in the late afternoon when she noticed a large upright figure in a clearing off the road. She stopped and watched for several minutes but saw and heard nothing further, noting unusually complete silence. She described the figure as very tall with long arms and a pointed head, insisting it was not a bear.

The witness and a relative hiked for about two hours looking for Sasquatch sign and photographed two possible stick structures. While heading back, the witness struck a stick to make wood knocks and heard replies that matched his signals, first one knock, then three, then rapid knocking. He answered with rapid knocks, after which the sounds stopped and further knocking got no response. Both individuals heard the exchange and thought it was either another person or a Sasquatch.

They saw nothing with binoculars but then heard three wood-knock-like sounds over several minutes. Their dog became nervous and left the pier, and they followed it back to camp.

The witness was driving on highway 47 in the morning when cresting a hill she saw a dark brown, wide-bodied human-like figure standing on the road shoulder. The figure was seen in profile and jumped off into the ditch and into the woods. A relative visited the described site about 45 minutes later and reported a landing mark in a snow bank, tracks along a deer trail, and a deer carcass missing its front legs.

Three students walking near a lakeshore at dusk saw a tall, dark-haired biped about 100 feet away by bushes at the shoreline. They stopped and watched as it picked at vegetation, then made a purring sound that turned into a growl. The creature then walked on two legs into nearby woods making loud crunching noises, while the witnesses remained frightened.
