Hearing loud injured-deer-like screams, he walked toward them and saw a large upright creature holding a branch, breathing rapidly with puffing cheeks and twitchy eyes about 50-60 yards away. When he raised his rifle the creature fled rapidly, jumping a creek into a cedar swamp. Shaken, he detoured around a large cedar tree feeling intense fear, ran to the cabin, and later left the woods for two years.

The witness found a large log leaned in a tree fork with smaller structures nearby and snapped-off trees across the trail. The witness then felt sudden sickness, dizziness and a hazy light, sat to recover, felt watched while walking out, saw a buck bolt from behind, and felt wiped out for about three days.

The witness walked from the old bridge to a riverbank to fish for a few minutes. Hearing a stick snap, he looked up to see a large black figure crouched near the trail junction. It stood, turned, and crashed through the woods away from him. He quickly left the bank, returned to his vehicle, and locked the doors.

The witness was driving home alone on Afton Road after first getting his license. A single yellowish light followed him, closed very fast, filled his rear window, then appeared to jump into the vehicle and flood the interior with blinding white light before vanishing. He continued home with no further effects.
