After burning brush in the backyard, the witness was walking toward the house when a very loud yell was heard that set off neighborhood dogs. The witness recorded part of the sound on a phone. Two recordings from the yard were later analyzed and described as having a signature attributed to a sasquatch howl.

Over many years of hunting the same reclaimed coal land, the witness group repeatedly heard loud tree knocks, rocks clanged together, and varied howls after dark. They sometimes returned to camp to find items slightly moved and often felt watched. No creature was seen in these ongoing incidents.

After the witness waved, the shape began swaying fully into and out of the opening, and a next-day reenactment suggested it was about nine feet high.

The witness noticed a line of large human-like footprints spaced far apart and followed them for 15 to 20 paces until they reached solid ground. Late at night the witness and two companions stopped a golf cart in the woods after hearing a twig snap. He saw something rise from the ground on one hand and walk away. They fled to a bean field and then to camp. Months later a size comparison at the same tree convinced him it was much larger than human.

At his own Kentucky property the witness found garbage cans opened and bags dragged into the woods and torn open. On another occasion a latched feed bin lid had been removed and feed trailed toward the woods.

While playing alone in tall brushy woods, the witness felt watched and noticed a head-like silhouette standing above the tall brush. When he looked back a moment later the shape was gone. He immediately left the area and returned home.

At age 11 or 12 while riding in the back seat home from a county fair the witness looked out over the mountains and saw a distant wide string of red yellow green white lights moving back and forth for about 15 seconds. He told his parents who said they saw nothing, and then it disappeared.

Later the same day the same witness heard two loud guttural cry-moans from woods near the stables while standing by a car in heavy snow.

The witness set a stocked tent and table at a campground campsite then hid with blankets over the truck windows to appear absent. After hearing trash lids, stick-dragging, post taps, a wood knock and owl-like hoots, two bipeds approached the truck and rummaged in the bed, clanking propane tanks. Later another pair ate melons at the table, and morning light revealed scuffs, an overturned generator, missing tanks, a handprint and bitten fruit.

Later that night in a shared tent they heard heavy footsteps and sniffing between tents, followed by dogs attacking something, one dog later found killed, after which the group was ordered off the property.
