While alone in a deer stand in the dark morning the witness heard an extremely loud scream like a woman screaming in pain that she compared to a monster giving birth. She says no human could make a sound that loud, and she did not want to move or remain alone.

After arriving late and unloading the car the husband jokingly let out a loud whoop. An answering whoop came back immediately, followed by a gut-wrenching chest-felt scream. The group ended the exchange and went inside.

She repeatedly saw a very tall dark furry figure standing at the woods edge watching her, with glowing reddish eyes. She fled to the house in fear, and afterward flattened leaves and a broken branch out of adult reach were found at the spot.

He walked about 700-800 yards southeast into the woods and heard loud strange vocals, then saw a tall red-haired figure standing behind a berry bush staring at him. He ran back to the house, found his small dog shaking and foaming, then briefly returned to look for tracks before a loud branch snap sent him back to the house.
