The witness was driving with a companion when a tall furry biped crossed the highway ahead in the headlights. After driving past the crossing spot, they saw a similar-sized reddish-brown furry creature standing beside the road partly obscured by branches.

The witness reported seeing a tall, stout, brown-furred creature with a non-furry face standing in a pasture surrounded by woods. The creature made a very loud noise that neighbors heard and called about, though they did not see it. Dogs barked beforehand from about a mile away and nearby cows were badly spooked.

The witness drove to a relative's house to check on dogs kept there in a fenced area. A small figure described as an adolescent bigfoot ran from the woods into the yard between the house and garage. The witness remained in the car feeling watched, saw the dogs were okay, then left out of fear.

In the fall of 1994 the witness walked into the woods behind the home at night with a flashlight and shotgun to scare deer away. He shone the light on a tall, broad, fur-covered figure standing still in brush whose eyes reflected the light. The figure grunted, yelled and moved toward him, the witness fired three times at close range then fled to the house, hearing it run and give a long loud warbling yell.
Roadside sighting near Eureka Springs
Late at night in summer 1994, the witness was a passenger in a car returning from a performance in Missouri to a festival site near Eureka Springs. The headlights illuminated a tall, hair-covered figure standing by the south side of the highway between Beaver Lake and Eureka Springs. The figure raised its hands to cover its face from the lights, and the occupants did not stop, first thinking it was a naked person but later concluding it was tall, hairy, and not a man or bear.

Two companions parked facing a lake late at night and sat in the bed of their truck. They watched a tall, hair-covered biped walk along the opposite shoreline for a couple minutes before it turned toward them and slowly approached. Frightened as it closed to within about 25 feet, they jumped into the cab and drove away.

The witness was building a shack on remote forested property and stepped onto the deck around 8 p.m. A loud, grating scream came from a ridge about 300 yards away in direct line of sight but in darkness. Startled, the witness went to the truck and found the dog curled and shaking violently enough to shake the truck, then left immediately.
Night fisherman sees a reddish Sasquatch running near Red River
The witness was walking alone on a small gravel road toward fishing holes near two rivers at sunset. A reddish-brown creature came fast through the woods to the right, heading toward the witness, then turned toward the river before reaching the road. The witness saw it from the side from the shoulders down at about 25 to 30 feet and estimated it was at least seven feet tall. After a moment of shock, the witness headed back home.

The witness drove with a companion to a turnaround at the end of a rough logging road through pine woods to talk. After getting out of the car, the witness heard loud bipedal footsteps approaching and then watched a huge human-like figure move through the trees for about ten seconds. The figure stopped about twenty yards away and looked over the treetops before the witness fled in the car. The witness returned with a relative the next day and reported the trees were nine to ten feet tall, with the head just above that level.

The witness was bass fishing along a lake bank when a commotion in nearby woods drew attention. A large upright apelike creature about seven to eight feet tall emerged, made whoop sounds and a low growl, snapped off a small tree and slapped the ground while staring with flexed muscles. The witness slowly backed away looking down, the animal followed a short distance then turned, paused near a bushy spot, and walked into the woods. The witness rejoined companions who laughed, and has not returned to the area.

The witness and a companion were sitting in a truck behind a school gymnasium late at night when they felt watched. The witness then noticed a very tall dark figure standing by a tall chain-link fence about 30 yards away. After watching it for about 10 minutes, they saw it turn, walk toward a treeline, look back, and disappear. A daylight return the next day found no evidence.
Sasquatch sighting near Butterfield, Arkansas (1987)
As a young child visiting grandparents in Arkansas, the witness approached a small furry baby crawling near a compost pile by a fence. A much larger creature appeared in light through the trees, pointed between the baby and the child and motioned for the child to come closer. When the child's grandmother called for dinner, the large one blended into the background and additional figures moved away down the fence line.

In fall 1986 the witness was driving a pickup with two companions on a rural dirt road at night with the headlights off. He saw a figure emerge and walk across the road ahead toward a pasture for about five seconds before he looked down for the lights. The female companion also saw it and became distressed, while the male companion did not see it, and the group turned back without continuing to the lake.

The witness, then about 12, woke in a guest bedroom at the grandparents' farm and saw a large hairy figure watching through the window for under a minute. After slipping on a rug while trying to get up, the witness ran to the back of the house. From the back door the witness saw the figure running across a field toward a barn and losing sight behind it, while relatives in the house did not arrive in time to see it.

The witness was driving east late at night when a large reddish-brown long-haired biped ran across the road in front of the car. The animal cleared the road in a few strides and was gone when the witness stopped and looked back. A passenger who had been asleep did not see it.

Two teenagers camped on a mountain logging road were harassed by thrown sticks, loud grunting and tree-banging sounds, and a strong foul odor. When they shone a light into the woods about 25 yards away, they saw a very tall fur-covered figure that ducked behind a tree. They put out their fire and fled down the trail, saying the figure followed them most of the way back.

The witness was waiting on railroad tracks near Biern, Arkansas for coworkers after finishing forestry line work on a clear warm afternoon. At a track crossing in the distance the witness saw a tall dark figure that turned its whole upper body and stepped toward the witness. After a nearby truck started, the figure left the tracks for the woods in two long steps, and the witness heard unfamiliar growling and vocal sounds. The witness later waited locked inside the work vehicle until coworkers returned.
Loud screams menace hunters along Mississippi River around 4:00 am
The witness and a relative arrived before dawn for turkey hunting in river-bottom woods and swamp. While walking in darkness they heard a loud scream nearby, then heard it again and later several more times over a couple hours, feeling the source was following them. They waited until sunrise, moved a short distance, then left the area and did not return. Neither person saw the source and they reported no tracks or sign.
Backpackers find long, oval shaped nests, three miles from camp
During a 1983 backpacking trip in wooded hills in Arkansas, the witness and friends found three oval rock-and-leaf structures described as nests, with bark-stripped branches beside two of them, plus a very large scat pile and a pine tree with bark stripped in long strips. They remained in the area two more days hearing unidentified spooky noises but reported seeing no animal.

In early to mid-October 1981, the witness was driving to work on old Highway 68 toward Fayetteville. Near the bridge at Fairmount Road, the witness saw a reddish-brown figure digging at the ground beside the bridge. The figure looked up as the car passed, then jumped up and ran across the road in long, fast strides.
