Rifles were aimed but not fired, and the figures later left into the bush, with further eye-shine, scenting sounds, and a tree bent as one departed.

The witness was sleeping in a camper parked by the woods on a relative's property when loud breathing and screaming circled the camper for many minutes. The witness's father stepped outside with a flashlight and the sound seemed to come from the woods and echo for miles. Next morning they found a nearby tree branch freshly stripped of bark.

One companion shined a light, saw nothing, then ran to the cabin followed by the witness.
