Late at night in 1967 the witness and a friend were watching TV when barking dogs drew them to look outside. They saw a large human-like figure running while being chased by dogs and emitting a loud screaming sound. The next day the witness found very large bare-foot tracks in mud near home and learned relatives on the next street had also heard the screaming.

As a 12-year-old walking home from the school bus with five other children, the witness noticed movement from a deep ditch beside a gravel road. A hair-covered figure rose from the ditch, crossed the road on two feet, vaulted a pony fence with one hand, and sprinted across an open field much faster than ponies. The figure was estimated at about six feet tall and its face was not seen.

The witness and a companion were walking down an old pulpwood road with a dog when they noticed a strong goat-like odor and heard rustling and a tree shaking. The witness pulled back branches and saw a tall, hair-covered biped running away downhill on two legs. The companion did not see the creature. The witness lost sight of it in pines and underbrush near a swampy area.

The guest's parents were invited by their neighbor to view a hairy human-like body kept frozen in a block of ice in a lumberyard building. They described bristly hair, a caveman-like face with heavy bone, longer arms, and very large feet, with a trickle of bright red blood at the mouth. A cabin-mate reportedly looked out and described multiple large, hairy, human-like figures near the water tower and cabins. The next morning the witness saw extensive human-like footprints, a large uprooted tree, and vegetation pulled from the lake. Campers were walked around the perimeter to view the traces and were sent home early.

Waking late at night to use the bathroom and holding a flashlight, the witness saw a very tall silver-white hairy figure standing nearby that turned slightly to look. The witness did not scream, checked that other children were asleep, looked back to find it gone, felt heavy vibrations as it left, and zipped into the sleeping bag until morning.

The witness, then a teenager, was riding in a car with friends at night near Allaire State Park when they heard a high-pitched screech. While making a K-turn, the headlights illuminated a very tall reddish-brown manlike figure very close to the front of the car. The figure appeared surprised by the lights, the driver froze, a companion honked the horn with no immediate reaction, and a musty smell was noticed.

The witness and a friend found an uncut-log cabin in a gully, live trees woven together, and a strong-smelling dirt mound. The friend screamed about a monkey man and ran while the witness saw a tall brown-haired female with tender eyes gesture toward the friend. The witness smelled traces of her while running back and later helped measure both creatures for relatives.

The mother, sleeping with family in a tent trailer at a campground, was awake during the night while something was outside. In the morning the family found a cooler that had been tucked under the trailer dragged out, crushed, with food missing. The mother said she had seen its shadow on the tent wall and insisted it was neither a bear nor a man, remaining upset for most of the day.

In summer 1966, the witness and her older sister were talking in a parked car near a river in Albion in the evening while the rest of the family was on a nearby boat. Across the river they watched two large, hairy, bipedal animals chase a flock of about 50 sheep around a fenced pasture for 20-30 minutes. After dark they hid in the locked car overnight and reported the event to their parents in the morning, later learning several sheep had been killed with bellies and internal organs eaten.

They said they were unfamiliar with Bigfoot at the time and only later interpreted the figure as such.

The witness and a friend followed a root-beer smell to a square pit with a ramp and clay chairs and twisted roots. A huge ape-like male approached with an angry expression while the witness prayed, then it appeared to stop at an unseen barrier and chased coyotes instead. The pair fled to the goat pasture and the witness was later forbidden to warn the family.
