The witness was driving an excavator at night to a new logging job site when he noticed three different-sized footprints in the dusty road surface. The witness and a relative crossed the river at night to search for Bigfoot, using tree knocks and vocal calls. The witness was geocaching with three children in a rural wooded park on a sunny afternoon. They heard a very loud crashing sound about 25 to 30 feet away and briefly saw a jet-black elongated shape. While walking to check a trail camera, the witness heard cracking, creaking, snapping and a delayed thud like a tree falling. Ahead on the trail the witness found a sycamore broken off about hip high and shoved back into the ground upside down out of the camera's view. A strong odor like skunk mixed with stagnant pond mud was then smelled, prompting the witness to leave quickly.

The witness stayed overnight in a rented cabin with two children. After the children fell asleep, the witness lay awake on an uncomfortable cot and twice heard a whoop followed seconds later by a wood-knock sound from the southeast. The sounds seemed close and no source was seen; the forest had otherwise been quiet all afternoon and night.
Hiking family finds possible track off trail outside Estes Park
A family of four was hiking and identifying animal tracks in a forested mountain area when the husband found a single large footprint off the trail. The print was about 13.5 to 14 inches long and about half an inch deep, with possible toe impressions, and crossed perpendicular to the trail. The witness took a boat with family to Shell Island and walked inland from the beach toward dense forest. About 7 yards from the treeline he heard a loud scream-screech, looked up, and saw a large brown mass moving right through the woods for about a second. He ran back to the beach and told family, who did not believe him.
Close observation of a Sasquatch on a front porch at night near Gainestown
Late at night the witness woke on a relative's couch to barking dogs and sounds on the front porch. Looking out a lit window from a few feet away, he watched a large hairy creature squat on the porch and rummage through trash bags for an extended time without showing its face. The creature then leapt down and left across a road and ravine.

The witness and three relatives were hog hunting at night from two positions separated by several hundred yards. Around midnight they heard bipedal footsteps, grunting, whistling, whoops and reciprocal tree knocks, smelled a strong foul odor, and had small sticks thrown at their position. After a shot was fired into the ground, heavy running was heard moving toward the second position where glowing eyes were seen, and the group left around 2 a.m.

The witness and a roommate were on the back porch at night when they heard very loud howling and repeated whooping sounds coming from the creek. The sounds continued for about 15-20 minutes, moving up and down the creek without fading. The witness described the calls as clear, very loud, and reminiscent of a mother calling a child home, and said it was unlike anything heard before.

Two people on a backpacking trip camped for the night and heard a long two-toned howl after midnight, followed by distant whoops over about two hours. The next day while hiking they found large deep human-like footprints crossing the trail at two gaps, with about five-foot stride, plus piled limbs in tree forks and overturned mushrooms nearby. They photographed the prints and noted a bloody stick but did not keep it.

Two brothers camped overnight beside a lake in the park. During the night and again after dawn they repeatedly heard a loud aggressive exhale-like sound nearby, along with footsteps and branches breaking as something moved through the forest, followed by scream-like sounds that turned into chatter. In daylight they found a matted vegetation bed, a fresh flattened trail, and footprints in mud where the sounds had come from. The entity itself was never seen.
