A driver and his wife reportedly swerved to avoid a large dog-like animal standing on two legs and ended up overturned in a ditch. The driver described the animal to the emergency operator as big and dog-like. Growling and screaming are heard at the end of the call.

The witness was on a muzzleloader hunting trip and camping with two companions. While two men rested in the tent during rain, something struck the tent fabric hard several times. Later, as the group sat around the campfire near dusk, the witness saw a very tall grey bipedal figure moving away through lodgepole pines. He and a companion briefly pursued it but it moved out of sight.

Near sunrise the witness saw two large dark furred animals on all fours outside the window reflecting green eyeshine. The witness got out and approached for a close look at their faces and build before returning to the car as they left.

While hiking out at dusk the companion walked ahead and pointed toward a stick structure. The witness looked into the woods and saw a tall grayish-white upright furred animal standing in marsh water about 40 to 50 feet away. It took one step into thick trees and disappeared as trees shook.

The witness and a companion were driving out of a park reserve late at night when a tall jet-black biped ran in front of the car through the headlights. It crossed the road and continued through a yard into woods on the other side. Both occupants saw it but could make out no details.

The witness and two companions were camping on a secluded river property in southern Ohio and hiked a steep hill to a rocky outcrop. A very loud scream likened to a banshee came from the campsite area, followed by intense coyote vocalizations and intermittent rustling as they hurried down. No person was found at the bottom, and years later they recognized a similar sound on a Bigfoot television show.

The witness was riding in a truck with two friends on back roads near a reservoir in Ohio. The driver braked hard and all three watched a large figure seen from the chest down step over guardrails and cross both lanes in four strides before climbing the hill. The group agreed it was a Bigfoot, locally called a grassman.

The witness was visiting a family farm in West Virginia as a teenager and walked up a wooded hill behind the house with the family dog. Halfway up, the dog began whimpering and blocked him from going further while he felt watched and uneasy. He turned back, after which the dog behaved normally.

Through a thermal camera the witness watched two figures crouching across a river for about twenty minutes. One stood, moved back about forty feet and crouched again while the larger belly-crawled behind a bush. A loud knock like a tree knock was heard without visible movement.

Looking through a thermal camera the witness saw two figures on their bellies that rose to a crouch on their haunches on either side of a tree about two hundred feet away while knocks, whoops, whistles and rock clacking were heard. By the time he rigged his phone to record through the thermal they had dropped back down and the recording shows almost nothing.

After dark on top of a mountain the witness tried to descend switchbacks while his dogs kept running off toward whistling, branch-breaking and thrown objects. He felt three individuals flanking and closing in with stomping and an overwhelming sense of dread. He prepared to call his spouse to say goodbye and had no flashlight.

Later the same day while on a road with his dog, the witness heard stomping, whooping and a stick break uphill. About thirty feet away a very small black child-like figure stood from behind a stick structure, squatted rapidly and flipped its head back and forth. It then threw its arm forward and dashed away.

While filming in the woods the witness heard talking-like sounds and then saw part of a brown figure leaning from behind a large tree in daylight. He spoke to it trying to calm it, and it quieted briefly before breaking objects and other unseen individuals flanked him. He then left the area.

The witness was in a canyon pointing out a wooded travel corridor to a companion when what looked like a boulder shadow began turning its head frantically. The figure then turned, dropped to all fours, and ran away silently through dry leaves and scrub oak. The companion saw nothing, and footprints were later found nearby coming down a mud embankment.

While with family on a trail overlooking water, the witness was struck twice in the face by acorns from an unseen source. Nearby tall grass showed large flattened indentations and a shifting foul odor like rotten meat was noticed. The group also found small rocks stacked largest to smallest before leaving the area.

The witness was finishing an evening pig hunt and scanned with a flashlight while exiting the blind. The light revealed a large brownish-black hairy biped with a cone head standing by a tree about forty feet away. It reacted with surprise and fled one way while the witness ran to the truck and left.

He smelled a strong skunk and rotting-meat odor, heard branches breaking in the swamp, then saw a tall black hairy biped rise and walk past. It looked at him and continued on, with odor and breaking brush lingering as it left.

At about age ten the witness was in a hunting blind with his father. He turned, looked up and saw something swing from one tree to another without touching the ground. The whole sighting lasted about five seconds.

The witness hiked several miles down the Trinity River and sat on a rock watching for fish on a calm day. A tree snapped and fell across the river in the brush, then a heavy log was thrown from the brush onto the river bar. The witness left slowly up the trail while watching the far side.

While finishing kayak fishing on a lake, the witness heard owls and then two loud knocks from the woods that sounded like wet wood on a dead tree. The witness did not feel fear and could not identify the source.
