The witness stopped a truck on the highway in early morning to let a small dog out. The dog stared up a tree where a large monkey-like creature crouched, then a much larger creature carrying a wild hog emerged. Both creatures screamed at the witness, the female left toward a chirping sound, and the larger male approached, displayed the hog, then let the witness back away to the truck and drive off.

He confronted it verbally, then heard a heavy thud beside his bed hours later. The friend later dreamed of killing such an entity and visiting the guest's bedroom to say the attack was over.

The guest dove deep with borrowed scuba gear, his regulator failed, and he inhaled water and struggled toward shore until exhausted. While sinking he saw his mother appear before him underwater and received a surge of energy to reach rocks where men pulled him out. Arriving home, he learned his mother and grandmother had spent the day praying for him.

The guest dreamed his deceased stepbrother appeared beside a car and embraced him, but the hug felt icy and evil. He rejected the figure and chased it from a house, then woke panicked. While awake he felt the same cold presence paralyze him on the bed until he whispered for help and it left.

In the early morning the homeowner heard loud inhaling, exhaling and stomping from the tree line behind the house while dogs reacted fearfully. After a family trip, other members heard howls and the family later saw large dark figures moving fast on the ridge and trail with trees swaying. The family found large footprints, snapped trees, log structures and arches in the woods.

While descending a mountain trail alone after climbing with companions, the rider stopped for unknown reasons and heard loud growling nearby that the mind reinterpreted as water. The rider felt suddenly hot and euphoric and began removing clothing despite cold wet weather until companions arriving and splashing through water broke the state. Later on the same ride the group found very large fresh human-like footprints without claws in untouched mud.

While driving home from a night shift along a river road in the early morning, the witness saw a solid black figure emerge and chase the car on all fours with audible breathing and claws. The witness drove faster, saw green eyeshine in the taillights, and followed it for about two miles until it turned off into an old field. The witness could not identify the animal and wondered about a dogman-like creature.
