It walked back into the bluff and shook a flowering dogwood tree, which a second researcher saw moving with no wind. The sighting occurred in bright daylight around 3 p.m.

A prior guest officer was parked at a lit church in the early morning with radar alerting. He saw a cloaked predator-like form move and stop behind a pillar, too large to be hidden. It then appeared to uncloak as a huge light brown figure and ran extremely fast down a walkway and road out of view.

While driving at night the witness saw paired red lights cross the road and stop by a sign, then white lights below them, all with a blurry cloaked appearance in the headlights. He believed they were a family group. He later left cookies and other food in a tree crotch, found some taken, and then heard loud thumps outside his house windows.

After moving back, the witness had repeated nighttime disturbances at home. Something struck the house hard, there was loud tapping on a window, and a loud low-to-high whistle by the door. The dogs were alert but refused to go outside, and nothing could be seen outside.

The witness and a companion were cutting firewood when he found a fresh small footprint in mud. They then heard and felt a large tree fall but could find no fallen tree. While searching around a large pine he saw only blackness underneath, felt sudden intense fear, ran, became disoriented, then returned to the truck and left.

The guest describes ongoing activity at the family camp in cold weather. Rocks have been thrown at the cabin located at the forest edge. The door of their RV is also tried at times, which they interpret as attempts to lure people outside.

Next day they learned everyone across the camp heard it near their own cabins, leading to belief multiple creatures circled the camp.

The guest says during a night DNA-study camp he did call blasts and got tapping responses from cover about fifteen feet away. He and a teammate followed movement along a boggy stream and bridge. A large furry silhouette mimicked his steps and approached to about seven feet, showing facial highlights in moonlight. Next day they found a grass impression larger than his size-sixteen shoe.

The caller says at age twelve after spending the day knocking and calling he turned to walk home, heard a twig snap, and saw a tall lanky black figure. It raised its hands in a waving motion mimicking him. They faced each other about ten seconds at about fifty yards before he backed away.

The caller says on a couple of occasions arriving home at night and getting out of his car he saw yellowish-white eyeshine to his left. A being appeared to stand there. He did not believe it tried to hurt him.
