While brushing a horse in a corral near the woods, the witness noticed the horse staring toward a metal gate. A very tall reddish-brown ape-like animal stood there holding a post with a foot raised as if to step over. It flipped its upper lip up, then the witness fled screaming to the house and family members fired guns around the property.

While riding a young horse through woods and blackberry thickets, the witness felt paralleled by something moving beside her. The horse panicked and bolted toward home. In the same Ohio area as children, the witness and his brother found bare human-like footprints in snow in a creek. They followed the tracks to the edge of a cornfield and found it odd anyone would be barefoot in snow.

At about age 12 the witness carried a dead turkey up power lines to throw over a fence. Walking back he noticed something huge pacing him through trees where he could see through to a field. He told his father and grandfather it was some man on the hill.

Two years before the bike-path sighting, the witness was driving in broad daylight and saw a huge black-gray hairy creature about 100 feet away. It paced and peeked around trees watching cattle. He stopped at the fence, called his partner, and tried to flag down others.

The witness and his cousin were driving out a long dark road late at night. In high beams they saw a tall hairy figure standing beside the road that turned its whole body to watch them pass. They drove away fast and next day found the figure had stood in a trail four feet below road level.

While truck driving in freezing mist, traffic stopped and horns blew. A half-body apparition from the waist down, wearing jeans and white shoes, emerged from the fog and walked across the highway to another truck. The other driver jerked forward and the scene returned to normal.

Over a period on the farm, the guest and his young nephew repeatedly heard loud prolonged vocalizations and crying-like sounds while outside. The mother dismissed them as a horse, donkey, or bobcat. The guest later doubted those explanations because of loudness and duration.

While driving a truck in the morning, the guest looked into brush cleared of leaves and saw a very tall muscular brush-colored figure standing back from the road. He made eye-to-eye observation as he passed and realized he had run over the rear of a deer carcass the figure appeared to be watching. He braked but kept driving.

On the night the family moved away, they burned trash and drove to the road. A sister pointed to a light apart from the fire. The guest described it as a comical-looking UFO, not a saucer, before they drove on.

On the third night three people hiked toward the hill and saw a heat signature in thick cover to the west. The witness ran toward it but it bolted from a culvert under a large tree. He could not catch it with a flashlight or see it directly.

On the second night the group went to a hill and quickly got a thermal figure stepping from behind a tree. It paced between two trees and squatted over about ten minutes of footage, then hid when the witness stood. A bitten apple from a bait station was kept for possible DNA testing.
Tracks
On the first night the group found many tracks of three sizes and cast the clearest ones. Returning after dark they got a thermal hit about 50 yards away near the creek showing a back on all fours and a head and shoulder. They filmed several minutes and next day found the travel path and recreated the position.
