Plinkers find pushed-over trees blocking a road and smell foul smell near Horse Mountain
The witness and a companion returned the day after target shooting in hills east of Arcata to find several trees broken across the road. The limbs were described as physically broken rather than cut. They also noticed a bad odor at the site.
Beach visitors find large footprints
Four people visiting the beach at night built a campfire in the sand. The witness noticed very large, very deep footprints with a long stride they had to leap between. They followed the prints up a five-foot embankment where the prints disappeared. No creature was seen.
Man recounts sighting from his teens near Edinburg
Two companions were fishing at a mostly frozen pond in winter when a large hair-covered bipedal figure stood up on the far shoreline. The figure walked up a steep hill, turned at the top to look back at them, then left. The witnesses watched for about one to two minutes and then left as well.
Memory of finding tracks in snow and the attempt to keep a record south of Quarryville
Early one snowy morning a driver encountered a line of large human-like footprints crossing a road. Later that morning the witness and several neighbors inspected the trackway, which led from a field through yards, past rabbit hutches and a house, and on toward a field and wooded river hills. The prints in snow measured about 16 inches long with a stride of about 4 feet, and the witness made a tracing of the best-preserved print. The cause of the tracks was unknown to the witness and neighbors.

During a nighttime training exercise, a squad of Marines heard something paralleling their movement through a power-line cut and woods. After taking a defensive position near a road crossing, two members using night-vision goggles observed a tall figure with broad shoulders partly obscured behind a large oak tree. The group continued the mission and later reported the incident to the commanding officer, who dismissed it.

The witnesses were riding around in heavy snow late at night when they saw a large gray creature cross the road about 200 yards away. Its head appeared to clear an 8-foot road sign. Afterwards they found very large three-toed tracks in the snow coming down a steep bank and continuing across the highway with a long stride.
Paranormal encounter (1994)
The guest talked for about ten minutes on a Sunday morning with an older cowboy DJ who hosted a weekly show. The manager then said that DJ had died the prior night of a heart attack. Upstairs was empty except for a still-hot coffee cup and lingering cologne odor.

The guest went into East Texas woods with a fellow investigator and a camera operator to follow up a reported sighting. They heard an extremely loud scream felt in the chest and then were paralleled out of the woods by unseen things. The fellow investigator said the area had an aggressive Bigfoot and urged leaving.

The witness and a friend were sitting on the cabin porch in the early morning when they heard extremely loud, repeated cracking sounds like wood striking wood from very close in front of the porch. The sounds recurred every 10 to 20 seconds for about half an hour. When the witness shouted that the area was private land, the sounds paused briefly then returned even louder, frightening both individuals despite being armed.

During one summer when the witness was pregnant, an aggressive Bigfoot peered in windows and rattled doors, terrifying her nephews so they slept in the hallway. Handprints were found on windows, neighbor dogs refused to leave the yard, and cows clustered unusually. No one was physically hurt.

About 2:30 a.m. while keeping the fire going, the witness heard three loud exhale blows from the woods close by, louder than a deer blow. The witness pulled a companion onto the picnic table and she heard three more blows, then silence with no retreat heard.

About a month after bringing her elderly father to live in a home in her front yard, the witness repeatedly smelled a horrible odor at night and saw a shape move outside her glass windows. She then saw movement behind a cedar tree and, fearing a bear, asked her father. He looked out and told her to leave him alone and he would leave her alone, and the watcher continued to stand there for months.

The guest says a few years after first hunting near Wappapello, he bow-hunted alone to a ridge overlooking a bottom. He listened a long time to what sounded like a man and woman arguing in gibberish he could not understand. After giving up, rocks whizzed past his head, he apologized thinking it was another hunter, threw one back, then heard bipedal steps paralleling him out to camp where his partner said he also heard two people talking gibberish.

While hunting from a sagebrush hillside, the witness experienced sudden silence, stifling air, rocks thrown from behind, then parallelled the trail to try to see what followed him. He heard a loud woman-like scream when he stopped and rapid heavy thumping, fled to his four-wheeler, and next day found a beaten log and divots.

The witness was driving slowly over an icy mountain pass at dusk with a friend when she felt something was about to appear. Rounding a curve by snow barriers, they saw a very tall, hairy, man-like figure standing by the embankment looking surprised. Terrified, the witness sped away while her friend wanted to stop and help, and both remained silent and later forgot the event until the friend called years later to compare memories.
Chatter in Georgia (1994)
After dragging a cleaned deer carcass into brush and leaving for dinner, the group returned to hear chattering near the old house. With flashlight and gun they approached, heard a blood-curdling scream and something tearing toward the pond. Next morning the remains were strewn with part removed.

The witness found scattered remains believed to be elk torn apart and carried some bones back to town for a dog. The dog refused the bones and fled to the far side of the yard, which the witness found odd.

Shortly after leaving the gully area by truck, the witness noticed one tree shaking while the surrounding forest was calm. Using binoculars he saw an individual sitting on a high limb breaking another branch above, appearing agitated with visible teeth including large canines.
