Wood knock near Chattanooga, Tennessee
The witness brought visitors to the area where he had seen a figure. After dark they did wood knocks that were answered, played calls, and heard loud yells from two positions, one described as giant. Something approached to within about 25 yards, and a figure was later seen bobbing in and out of the tree line through night vision.

The witness heard coyotes in the woods behind the house and went in with a shotgun. He heard deer-like snorts back and forth, movement flanking him, clicking sounds and bird-like calls. Something followed him out, crossed the creek loudly, and a rock flew over his head. Later from the porch he heard a loud tree strike, saw movement running between houses, and next day found torn coyote remains and heard fences were down and dogs missing.

The witness describes a fall investigation in a remote forest north of the city. A prior night vigil yielded stomps, calls, knocks and sounds of something circling camp. Follow-up reconnaissance found sharpened sticks staked across a game trail, tracks along a nearby river, and a very tall teepee structure the next day.

The witness climbed alone into a remote hidden valley he had wanted to explore for sign and chewed bones. While eating lunch he heard a bark from behind, did a tree knock, and shortly after heard a tree being pushed over to his left. He saw a very dark massive shape in cover and chose to leave for safety rather than approach.

Audio recorders left around camp overnight captured three loud steps described as booms. On playback the sound was described as seeming to say a team member's name between pounds. The guest notes the recorder was placed just below where he had been sleeping.

While sitting in a truck protecting cars in the same siding area around one in the morning, the witness heard a low-pitched whoo like a grown man poorly imitating an owl. The sound repeated louder in otherwise dead-quiet conditions with no houses nearby. The witness found it funny at the time but later viewed it as part of a pattern.

Alone up a river the witness followed a fresh game trail past a foul-smelling marked tree, then heard a loud scream below and movement above in thick jungle. He retreated into the creek as three creatures surrounded him, talking with clicks, showing dog-like eyeshine, and moving as shadows. In the last light one four-and-a-half to five-foot silhouette with long arms squatted at the water's edge staring before bolting when a laser pointer hit it, and he floated downstream to camp.

After overnight damage at a forestry camp the witness hiked with several men up a valley toward limestone caves while two creatures called from either side, including tongue-click sounds. During a listening halt he watched a fern frond pulled down about 30 meters away and made eye contact with a child-sized, dark-skinned face with messy reddish-brown hair and red hair on the hand and face. It released the frond and disappeared into dense bush.

While driving an old forestry road the witness felt uneasy and stopped after spotting footprints up the middle of the clay road. He entered dense regrowth with a bush knife, camera and GPS after hearing a monkey-like noise, smelling a strong urine-like animal odor, and sensing being watched. The unseen animal crashed away through bamboo and he returned to the car.
Movement only in Florida
The witness and friends were invited to a house for what was described as a prayer ceremony for family turmoil. In a window-sealed dark room a bound medicine man lay on a blanket with offerings while drumming, singing, shakers, flapping like a bird, a small green light, eating sounds, and a scream or children playing were heard. When lights returned the blanket was strewn, food was missing, and the man was unbound, and hours had passed unnoticed.

While working late in the farm shop, the reporter and his mother heard a long loud mournful cry twice and the family dogs fled to the barn.

Later that year while playing in a nearby sand pit, the witness and cousins investigated dogs that had cornered something in a brush pile. They saw a black chimp-like juvenile crouched and turning away, heard a frightened keening sound, and felt a strong mental impression to leave it alone, so they left.

A college roommate hunting in a pop-up blind and the witness with his partner hunting elsewhere heard a loud roar described as a T-Rex roar with large lung capacity. The roommate texted to ask if they heard it. The witness joked it was Bigfoot after him.

After the birth of the youngest child, the witness was lying on a couch when a solid-black rabbit-like entity without ears poked its head up and spoke, inviting play. The witness refused, turned over, and the form turned to dust that was inhaled, followed by violent coughing and vomiting.

Probably in March, the guest sensed something on the back porch rubbing the window and rattling the storm-door handle. She then heard deep cooing like two individuals calling. Her husband thought she had been sleeping.

During a multi-night backyard campout last summer, the guest heard bipedal walking in tall grass, pacing, rubbing on the tall tent, and a low continuous growl and dragging sound approaching her head. On another night the girls felt a hand drag over and push down the tent top before it jumped a retaining wall, leaving two foot-shaped impressions in clover leading to the woods.

While living alone on the property, the guest was awakened after midnight by an extremely loud roaring like a lion that rattled bedroom windows. She checked that her cats were inside and listened as it moved away. No escaped animal was reported.
