The witness, working as a process server, made a fourth early-morning attempt to serve papers at a rural property. From inside the locked car she saw a very large black hair-covered standing figure and a much smaller gray emaciated figure with an antler-like object on its head about 50 yards away. She took photos while feeling frozen, then backed out and drove away quickly. Later review of the photos appeared to her to show additional figures including a female holding an infant and faces near a shed and tree line.

They watched a large dark figure peer from behind a tree for several minutes, initially thinking it was a trick of trees and wind. When the figure ran away into the trees both spouses saw its full body, leaving them shaken.

Late at night the witness woke on a relative's couch to barking dogs and sounds on the front porch. Looking out a lit window from a few feet away, he watched a large hairy creature squat on the porch and rummage through trash bags for an extended time without showing its face. The creature then leapt down and left across a road and ravine.

The witness was driving home at night and turned onto a rural road when a large dark figure was seen standing in roadside brush. When high beams were switched on, the figure dropped low and ran away into the woods on the left side. The location was within a few feet of a previous daylight road-crossing the witness reported with his mother.

On November 2, 2013 around 4:45 p.m., the wife was closing the barn doors when she noticed movement downhill. She observed a tall hair-covered creature standing about 110 feet away facing her, which then turned and bounded down the steep slope out of sight. Strides in the leaf litter where it fled were later measured at 6 to 7 feet.

The witness was night fishing from a dock when an otter nearby suddenly fled. The witness then saw a large grey shape move quickly and silently between cover, followed by a large splash near the dock. Frightened, the witness left immediately and found large four-toed footprints on a return visit the next day.

The witness and a companion walked down an old logging road in the early afternoon the day after hearing a knock in the same area. The witness noticed a large dark figure standing partly behind a tree a couple hundred yards away, apparently watching them. When they looked again moments later it was gone, and feeling uneasy they returned to the truck and left.

Around 1-2 a.m. the witness went to retrieve bags from a car near a carport and heard a snorting grunt. Backlit by a carport light, he saw a large wide shape that vocalized again, circled with him as he retrieved a rifle, then left toward the woods. Next morning he found disturbed ground suggesting large bipedal steps.

Late one evening in April 2011 the witness returned home from dinner next door and walked toward the unfinished garage addition. He saw a very tall dark figure standing behind his SUV at the garage entrance for a few seconds before running back inside for a gun. He and a relative searched the yard and found no one, but noticed several very large wet footprints on the concrete with a wide stride.

The guest was driving to work one morning in 2008 when he saw a large hairy biped standing in a young pine thicket on the left side of the road. He observed it from the chest up for about four to five seconds from roughly 90 to 100 feet before the road curved. He described an about eight-foot-tall, dark-brown creature with a human-like face that did not move, in an area where he had spent much time hunting and riding but never noticed signs.

The witness left without approaching closely and returned the next day, finding no sign but noticing an unusual odor.

A group of six campers sitting around a campfire at night heard strange low and high-pitched sounds approaching through the woods. They scanned with a powerful spotlight and saw a hairy upright figure partly hidden behind a tree about 20-30 yards away, with yellow eye glow. It stayed motionless for 30 to 60 seconds and was gone after the light was briefly turned away.

The witness was driving down an on-ramp to Interstate 59 at Exit 166 toward Birmingham in the afternoon when she noticed a figure beside the trees. She described huge green eyes, a visible shoulder, and an arm leaning on a tree, estimating the figure at 6 to 8 feet tall with dark gray-black coloring. The figure stayed behind the tree without moving and was seen only for a few seconds as she drove past.

She saw a tall reddish manlike figure with no apparent neck standing in the shadows, and a young relative beside her saw the same thing. When she looked back after gesturing to her husband, the figure was gone.

Early one morning the witness was on the porch seeing a companion off to work when she noticed two large hair-covered creatures sitting by a stump between properties. She screamed, and before the companion could turn around both creatures sprang up and fled into the woods in a fraction of a second. She described them as light to medium brown and very broad-shouldered with arms reaching the ground while seated, but she could not discern faces or standing height.

The guest, a soldier in training, went for an evening run on a straight road through woods on base. Something in the woods mirrored his footsteps and paced him as he ran back, staying about 25 meters away despite his speed. At the edge of the woods near the barracks he heard a tree smashed apart and saw cream-colored legs from the waist down before the figure walked away.

The witness and a childhood friend drove trucks and ATVs deep into remote woods, then hiked to scout a spot for a homemade turkey blind. Two rocks came from their right, the first landing between them and the second seen in mid-air. The witness looked toward the throw and saw a large hairy biped under a white oak about 60-80 feet away from the knees up, which turned and left over a rise. They ran to the spot but it was gone, noticed a static-like charge, then hiked out uneasy.

The witness was walking alone during a work break to look for arrowheads when he heard movement and grunts near a creek. He briefly saw a large dark man-shaped figure about 6 to 7 feet tall standing in dense woods before it turned and crashed away. He left quickly and initially tried to explain it as a stray horse.

The witness was driving with his family at night along a lakeside road when he reported seeing a large dark-haired creature walking away from the shore into the water. He said the creature was visible from the knees up and was carrying a severed dog head by the hair in its left hand, with flesh hanging from the neck. His wife, who looked back, reported seeing only ripples in the water.

In 1990 the witness and a companion set up in a field behind the home to hunt varmints after chickens had been killed, using a fawn distress call. While listening near dark they heard walking in the woodline about 150 meters away that sounded bipedal. After it got too dark to see, they stood up, shone a light toward the woodline and briefly glimpsed something stepping back, then heard sounds again as a deer ran very close past them.
