From a blind in the afternoon the witness shot a doe that ran into the tree line. Following blood and a strong gut-like stench that grew stronger, the witness found the deer on its side with the body undulating and something large behind it. After a loud heavy exhalation, the witness yielded the deer and left.

When the brother left briefly chasing a buck, the witness heard a loud yell and had rocks land around and herd movement back to the fire break. Vocalization
Two friends camped without a tent between ridges past a reservoir after the witness made wood knocks. They heard a loud roar from one ridge and a scream from the other, then heavy footsteps approaching to within feet. The witness saw part of a very large wide-shouldered figure in moonlight with loud in-and-out breathing. They stayed still without using a light until the sounds receded, then moved camp and stayed awake until morning.

In the evening after dinner the witness and his brother took scraps to their dog and shone a large flashlight toward the garage. They saw a very tall figure at the high end of the garage with amber eyeshine and visible teeth, dropped the food and jumped onto the porch. The dog was absent and the food was untouched the next day.

A year or two after the first sighting, the witness and his cousin were catching minnows when he crossed a fence into a turn row and saw a large hairy figure pulling corn from stalks by the old rental house. He looked away and back to confirm, then calmly walked back to his father and uncle without telling anyone.

The witness was sneaking out a bedroom window late at night to meet his girlfriend. He looked toward the fence line and saw a large hairy chest breathing about 20 feet away. He did not look at its face, went back inside, then heard it walk away before going to meet his girlfriend.
Whoop in Georgia
The witness and one coworker stayed late to finish treated trees and clean up capsules. They heard whoops and a shriek, then heard whistling objects identified as treatment capsules being thrown near them. As they drove out they saw something peering from behind a tree and heard three wood knocks.

On the most recent visit the guest used a night vision monocular on a tripod and saw an eye with brown center and yellowish-white surround staring back from the trees. He could see only half a shiny black-haired face behind a tree, thought it smiled showing large perfect square teeth, and his companion agreed it was time to leave.

The witness photographed a bend in the road and later noticed a bent-over Bigfoot-like shape in the image. A repeat photo at the same time next day showed nothing there. He estimated it would have been about ten feet tall upright.

The witness stopped a logging truck and trailer at a job site in the early morning to tighten straps. After noticing a rotten smell, the cab door shut and straps were yanked on the opposite side. Looking up, the witness saw a huge hairy creature with an elongated pointed head and sausage-like fingers watching and sizing him up. The creature backed away and bolted for the nearby treeline when another truck's lights appeared, and the witness later left trucking after being ridiculed.

At a rural house on the Oregon coast the household experienced repeated night howls, growls, talking-like sounds, dogs reacting, motion lights, a hand smudge, and large footprints in hard gravel. Young children repeatedly described dark hairy figures with flat noses and red eyes pawing or scratching at a bedroom window, motioning to come outside, and disappearing and reappearing.

A few years earlier the same driver had a brief roadside crossing. An animal unlike a bear ran head-up on all fours and vaulted a guardrail into a ravine.

After the lights faded, the witness returned to his fire, slept in a cocoon-style bag, and woke unable to move with a sensation of a large weight sitting on him that felt unmenacing and joking. When he freed himself nothing was visible. In the morning, bait hung 100 feet away was gone without triggering a sensitive motion camera except for footage showing items vanishing, and later review revealed a dome-like shape rising seven feet high at the frame's edge.
UFO sighting
While alone on a mountaintop research site after dark, the witness looked over a valley and saw four huge bright round hovering lights about a mile away. He watched them for about twenty minutes, considering whether they could be aircraft, until they were gone. He notes he did not film them and did not want to mix an apparent aerial anomaly into his Bigfoot filming.

The witness and a friend spent the night in a wooded area outside Portland that a local woman considers active, hoping to explore telepathic contact. After a mental exchange about meeting later, they watched two hovering lights about fifteen feet away for half an hour. Later, while sleeping by a low fire, the witness felt warm fur against his calf as his body was spun over, causing him to leap up, and the woman later said the resident figure claimed to have touched him.
