The witness drove a loud truck along a blacktop ridge road to check fields near the back entrance of a large state park. A huge hairy creature jumped a fence and stood in the road, forcing her to brake hard within about 15 to 20 feet. They stared at each other for about a minute before it left down a wooded hill and disappeared. She then drove home and told her mother, whose silent nod suggested prior knowledge.

The guest and his wife were sitting in a borrowed van in the driveway late at night when the wife saw someone run past and a loud whoop and growling started beside the van. The creature shook the van and was lit by brake lights, then the father fired a shotgun from the porch and it leapt across the driveway into the woods. Later that night rocks were thrown at the trailer damaging a fan and siding, and next morning bent van metal, foot impressions, feathers and a missing chicken were found.

The youngest daughter froze after seeing movement, and the witness ran forward to see a large hairy human-like figure by a tree staring at them. After a tense standoff with rocking motion, the group backed away and returned to the car. The middle daughter had recorded video, and later visits found large bare footprints where the figures had been.

The creature reappeared, swayed and made clicking mouth sounds, then leapt about twenty feet and ran away on all fours for several hundred yards in seconds.

He then ran uphill to the male's position and found heavy bipedal impressions and an escape route he judged impossible for a person.

They watched a very bright white light move silently through a ravine and trees while the eyes moved toward it. They then saw a large bipedal figure close beside them and more large figures near the road, and later saw a large dark figure behind a tent at camp.

The witness reports seeing an adult and infant in his current research area and photographing them. He says the infant appeared blue and looked newborn, with the adult reaching down toward it. He reports feeling zapped, falling to his knees, feeling ill, confused and disoriented, then leaving the area.

Soon after the first incident, while riding horseback in sparse pasture, the diarist found two 4-5 foot tall owl-like beings with large eyes and sockets. They did not flee; they stepped toward him as he stepped, stared, and seemed to look at each other as if communicating. He circled them on horseback, tried shouting and waving, then rode home for a .22 to shoot around them, but they were gone on return.

A few days before a blood moon, the guest went outside with his teenage daughter and wife for a cigarette. A 15-inch naked gray-skinned being with a pointed head and pot belly walked across the yard in front of the daughter, noticed them, then sprinted uphill toward the garage and disappeared in fog. Footfalls in grass were heard. It seemed scared, not threatening.
