Two girls were walking in woods near home looking for a tree to climb when they encountered an upright beige-haired gorilla-like creature in a clearing. The creature first appeared bent over, then straightened and seemed to notice them, causing both girls to run home and immediately tell a parent. The parent did not inspect the site because the girls were too frightened to return. An investigator later interviewed both witnesses as adults and they maintained the same account.

Two small dark bipedal creatures then ran from the tree line toward him, stopped and crouched halfway across the field while watching him. He watched them briefly, then rejoined his companions who had noticed nothing, and the group left the area.

While sitting at the fire with his son, they heard a tree knock and watched one creature play peekaboo behind a tree, swaying, then step fully into view in red. The son then saw a second shorter black one about eight feet tall. With two watching, they gathered things and went inside.

The witness and a close friend were living in a tent camp deep in the woods while hiding as runaways. After hearing strange noises for some time, they returned to find the camp destroyed by fallen trees and witnessed shaking trees and a large hairy creature moving on all fours that charged past them kicking sand. They hid in a hollow until sunrise, then fled the area and never spoke of the event for years.

The witness and a group of friends were hiking down from rocky terrain above the treeline toward thicker forest after exploring mining and cave areas where they had previously found dead animals. A large hairy human-like creature approached from below and walked directly through the group, passing very close without pausing or changing expression. The witnesses were frozen with fear and unable to move or speak clearly, then left quickly for their vehicles once the creature had passed and fled the area.

A huge dark being burst from the treeline into deep snow, moved very fast alternating bipedal and quadrupedal motion, then re-entered the woods with the helicopter following.
