The witness said that while recording a show a few months ago the ghost box activated and he suddenly felt chills with his hair standing up. He described it as energy passing through him. His co-host said something appeared to be right behind or on him.
Odor
Over several months the household noticed episodic skunk-like odors, distinct tree knocks, grunts and owl-like mimicry, nightly dog barking and motion lights tripping. A chain-link dog kennel was found shoved inward with no recent bear sign. Muffled conversation-like sounds were heard behind the house with no footprints found.

Paranormal encounter in Nova Scotia
After taking over his brother's bedroom, the witness repeatedly saw a black shadow figure with a top hat standing in the hallway watching him late at night. It never entered or spoke and would vanish. Years later his brother said he had seen the same figure in that room.

While hauling a refrigerated load north at night, the witness pulled onto an exit ramp to check a temperature alert and began diagnostics on the trailer. The witness noticed a musky odor and breathing, turned on cab work lights, and found a tall hairy face leaning in within a few feet. When the trailer engine kicked on, both were startled, the creature slapped the unit hard enough to break fiberglass and then ran across a field with heavy footfalls.
Footsteps
The guest was asleep in his tent with his dog when a proximity alarm woke him about 11:45. Something walked around the tent, handled items on his table, then pressed through the tent fabric behind his head and gently manipulated his head and face with a very large hand. He triggered his truck alarm lights, after which it moved off. The whole sequence lasted about nine minutes and was captured on an audio recorder.
Wood knock in Washington
A few weeks before the interview the guest camped for two nights near Jubilee Lake in the Blue Mountains. His overnight recordings captured rock clacks and wood knocks. He later discussed the sounds with a fellow researcher at Squaw Spring.

Years earlier the witness saw brush piles, heard chopping-like sounds, and saw a distant figure moving on a hillside.

For two to three weeks before the main incident, the witness felt watched through the high bedroom window while trying to sleep. On a couple of nights he also heard strange raspy breathing outside. Fear kept him from looking out during the night, and he dismissed it during the day.

The witness entered the woods behind the house before dawn without a flashlight and climbed into a platform tree stand with a crossbow. From close range the witness heard loud owl-like vocalizations that shifted into screeching and tongue-clicking sounds from different directions. After daylight the witness photographed numerous tree breaks, bends and X-shaped formations in the surrounding woods.

The caller described researching with a small team on a local mountain hotspot. After hearing wood cracking on the other side of a hill, a companion held up a phone and recorded. The figure was only noticed in the footage months later and appeared gigantic in later comparison shots.

The researcher left an audio recorder on a trail behind the house where food had been taken and structures seen. At 3:54 in the morning the recorder captured very heavy bipedal-sounding footsteps approaching, stopping and breathing close to the microphone.

The witness and friends camped at a favorite ridge site between two ponds and were awakened by loud splashes. Later something circled the tent sniffing closely and gave a deep snarl near the witness's head. Both tent occupants stayed frozen until it left, found no tracks in the morning, and never returned.

The guest describes strange activity around a camp, including disturbed food and sounds of something walking around. He looked for bear tracks and found none, calling the situation bizarre. No creature was seen.

The witness says the creatures imitate sounds including motorcycles, chainsaws, and gunshots. In the evening gunshot-like reports answer each other sequentially over distance up to ten miles, which he believes is communication mimicking common country gunfire.
