Couple describes incidents at two different campgrounds in Boise National Forest
On November 1, 2009, the witness and his wife were camping in a public campground late in the evening. In moonlight they noticed a large, broad, dark shape about six feet tall moving on two legs among the trees near camp, which appeared to stop, look toward them, and sway. With no other campers present, the couple became spooked, packed up, and left.

He blinked to check his vision, watched it move silently between trees, then it vanished. In the morning the two companions posted apart independently said they had seen something in the trees, and the three concluded they had seen the same figure circling their position.

On one occasion in heavy fog the witness saw a large dark bipedal shape, later estimated at about seven feet tall and very muscular. The witness saw a tall outline about 15 to 20 feet away leaning with one arm against a tree and staring, then it turned and walked toward the road while the witness ran. The next morning she and her daughter found large five-toed footprints in snow by the walkway.

The next night near dumpsters by the river, the group heard angry gorilla-like grunting and recorded the last 30 seconds as the East Central Ohio Bigfoot Chatter. The guest listened with a bionic ear as a bipedal creature climbed a steep bank and watched from behind a tree for about 20 minutes with faint reddish-orange eyeshine.

The witness and a male companion were helping move into an isolated old farmhouse in Iowa in March 2007. After moving until late at night around a large bonfire, a huge creature revealed itself by shaking and breaking a large oak tree about 20-30 feet away while producing an extremely loud vocalization. The two men fled into the house, barricaded the doors, and hid until sunrise. In the morning they found the oak severely damaged with snapped limbs and cracked trunk.

About an hour after dark they saw the silhouette of a tall, very skinny biped cross the road about 30-40 feet away toward the lake. It walked upright with a slow, smooth gait and large steps, described as kid-like, smaller than a standing bear, with long arms and a humpbacked appearance.
