At a Puyallup house backed by woods the guest's son was growled at, garden ornaments were taken and replaced with rocks, and wood was thrown against the house. The guest saw a tall black individual walking from her window that seemed to vanish, saw it solid twice more, and walked close to another individual holding its arms across limbs to mimic a tree before backing away.

Over about two and a half years the guest visited a stump in woods near South Hill and left apples, sandwiches and objects.
