Knocks returned in the afternoon while hiking at Loew Lake
The witness and a relative hiked for about two hours looking for Sasquatch sign and photographed two possible stick structures. While heading back, the witness struck a stick to make wood knocks and heard replies that matched his signals, first one knock, then three, then rapid knocking. He answered with rapid knocks, after which the sounds stopped and further knocking got no response. Both individuals heard the exchange and thought it was either another person or a Sasquatch.
Campers hear possible vocalization and have trailer shaken at Interstate State Park
A group camped and hiked a short trail at night to elicit responses. After a child's whoops received an immediate whoop reply nearby, two adults who stayed behind briefly heard something approach closely then step away, seeing nothing with lights. Back in camp the group saw intermittent orange eyeshine below the ridgeline, and later heard movement around camp overnight including a camper shaking.
Structure or nest in Wisconsin (2012)
While walking a ridge the witness noticed bent saplings and knocked on a tree, receiving clear wood-knock replies from a steep kettle below. A large living oak branch was then twisted toward the witness and ripped off, falling to the kettle bottom. Returning later with two companions, they found fresh twist damage and hand-like bark rubs with strong odor, then a young companion saw a light-colored bipedal figure and all heard a deep growl.
Structure or nest near Cedarburg, Wisconsin
The witness went alone to scout for turkey on public land with a trail branch. The witness found a large log leaned in a tree fork with smaller structures nearby and snapped-off trees across the trail. The witness then felt sudden sickness, dizziness and a hazy light, sat to recover, felt watched while walking out, saw a buck bolt from behind, and felt wiped out for about three days.
