The witness and a friend were swimming in a dug-out pool below a waterfall on an isolated road. A deer ran up the hillside and pebbles repeatedly fell into the water with no visible source. Feeling watched and uneasy, they left the area.
Footsteps near Wallace, Texas
While exploring a dry riverbed with his brother and cousin, the witness heard footsteps on top followed by heavy breathing and brush crashing that echoed off the banks. He told the others to run on his signal to the entry where adults were seining fish. The pursuit stopped short of the people and they left.
Sasquatch sighting in Missouri
Before daylight the witness and her son sat hunting when the son froze and pointed to a dark human-shaped outline mistaken for a tree. It appeared to move closer each time she looked away while heavy walking sounds approached. She told her son to walk then run to the car, abandoning gear except the gun.

The couple report hearing bird-like whistling and brush movement from the woods on other occasions at odd hours.
Sasquatch sighting
The guest returned with his son to show him the area. After dark they saw yellow eyes downhill and another set uphill, smelled a sudden rotten odor, stayed about 40 minutes, and while driving out the son said he heard something running and breathing in the bush alongside the car while sitting stiff and silent.

On prior visits to the area the witness and friends heard brush breaking and once heard yelling or screaming like a man's voice.
Footsteps in Washington
The researcher awoke around 3 a.m. while camped alone in a dispersed area he had visited for years. He heard what sounded like a herd running behind his tent and felt the ground vibrate, followed by an intense terrifying sensation he had never felt before. He said the same experience happened three times at that location.
Vocalization in Alaska
While filming a solo survival episode in Alaska, the witness heard a huge vocalization like a silverback gorilla followed by a loud crashing like a freight train moving through the forest. He decided at the time not to mention it on the show because he did not want the encounter to overshadow his survival work.
Rock throwing in Ohio
Two relatives were bass fishing from a small boat when rocks were thrown toward them. After beaching, one threw rocks back, the creature screamed, stepped out, charged and struck one man hard enough to break ribs and puncture a lung, then threw a log that cut his chin. It reappeared swaying and clicking, then leapt a great distance and ran off on all fours. Authorities and later visitors called it a bear and told them to leave it alone.
Footsteps
The witness and his girlfriend were driving slowly with windows down when a deer stopped, then darted back across the path. They then heard bipedal shuffling approach, crouch down beside the car out of sight in brush, linger about thirty seconds, then walk off toward the deer. Neither saw the source.
Sasquatch sighting in Oregon
The guest was elk hunting deep in a canyon and started hiking out up a skid road. He sensed something wrong and noticed a huge dark mass paralleling him in the brush, matching his steps. He saw portions of an arm and long leg as it followed him for about 100 yards until he reached the main road and left.
Sasquatch sighting near Buckner, Missouri
About a month after the Ozarks trip the guest was partying at a friend's rural property near Buckner. The group went to shoot bullfrogs at a pond and heard a splash. A companion shined a spotlight across the water where the guest saw a hairy skinny figure similar to the Ozarks creature running away quickly.
Movement only near Port Chatham, Alaska
While investigating the abandoned town area with night vision, the witness made a vocal call and saw something large move through the woods across an embankment in apparent response. He could not determine its shape and did not claim it as a creature, noting it paused as if listening.
Scream
As youths the guest with his brother and friend built paintball forts in a small woods. They found one fort destroyed with a snapped pine and limbs thrown. Returning at night with a lantern they heard an extremely loud chest-reverberating scream and crashing through the woods, then fled.
Movement only in Oklahoma
The guest, his wife and her brother were driving home with food when the guest and his brother-in-law saw a large dark figure cross an opening by a gate. The two men grabbed a rifle, followed on foot to a line of cedar and bow-dart trees, and watched it drop down a creek bank without crossing to the other side. They found a large twisted heel-weighted impression in soft wet ground much larger than the guest's boot.
Vocalization near Collins, Mississippi
Two seasons before the main encounter, the witness got lost after dark in rainy conditions and followed a creek bed to exit. He walked close to unseen animals that scattered with unusual grunts, then heard what sounded like several two-legged walkers flanking him on both banks before they stopped behind him. At the time he told others it was hogs, but later concluded it was a group of creatures watching him.

As a child, the witness watched drifting balls of light move through the backyard and near the woods on the farm where they grew up. The witness's mother referred to the lights matter-of-factly as willow wisps, so the witness was not frightened.
Eyeshine in Pennsylvania
The witness and a companion parked at a closed road on private property in February to look for strange lights previously reported there. After about twenty to thirty minutes they saw bright white-blue lights on a hillside that shifted to green and turned red when hit with a green laser, appearing single to the naked eye but double through binoculars and moving as if rising, shifting sideways, and blinking out and reappearing. A companion also reported a large moving shadow on another hill. The pair left while the lights were still present after feeling suddenly frightened.
Partial sighting in Pennsylvania
The witness and a companion were at the site at night when they both saw a large white flash of movement cross the trail about eight to nine feet off the ground. The witness had previously described the sighting as a flash, which listeners mistook for a flash of light.
Footsteps in Oklahoma
After setting recorders and cameras, the witness got a 20-minute recording of something walking around, touching, and repeatedly pulling a bungee-mounted recorder without damage. Game cameras captured possible high eyeshine and a night video where the background distorted as an unseen shape moved toward a tree stand.
