The witness and an older brother were playing in a creek below a ghost town when a hairy human-like creature moved up the creek past them toward the woods. They ran to alert family members having a barbecue nearby, and the relatives then also saw the creature as it went into the trees.
Vocalizations heard, creature seemingly attracted to bonfire
During the summer of 1996 the witness was living in a trailer on a large rural property. One evening while at a large bonfire with others, after about 20 minutes a very loud screaming vocalization was heard from wooded lower ground. The sound seemed to circle the group and was perceived as upset by the fire yet moving closer. The witness later associated the sound with alleged Bigfoot vocalizations heard on television.
Whistle near Skamania County (1996)
A family's vehicle broke down on a forest service road, forcing them to camp beside the road overnight. After dark the witness heard single loud whistles from the ridge behind camp, then answering whistles from different directions including one very loud whistle right behind the tent. He searched with a flashlight and armed himself with a shotgun but saw nothing, then heard three more whistles farther up the ridge. The group stayed the night and was towed out the next day.

The witness was driving home from work in the early morning when an oncoming car flashed its high beams. While rounding a curve, the headlights illuminated a tall dark human-like figure by a fence that appeared to look toward the car with red reflective eyes, causing intense fear. The witness later wondered what the occupants of the other car had seen.
Witness observes sasquatch run along treeline
The witness had gone outside to bring the dog in on a dark, cloudy day with light rain. From about 200 yards away across a golf course, the witness saw a large darkish-brown upright figure emerge from the tree edge, cross about 20 yards in 5 to 6 seconds, and disappear into the tree line. The witness searched the area the next week but found no footprints due to rain.

The witness parked his semi off the freeway to sleep around 3 a.m. with the truck off and windows open. He felt the truck shaken gently and then violently, then saw a large hairy upright creature take two strides into nearby young trees. He smelled a bad odor and heard it leaving, then drove away without stopping until Montana.
Runner finds large tracks near North Fork
The witness ran about three miles up an unused dusty fire road while making noise with rocks in a bottle to avoid bears, then turned back. About a mile into the return they noticed two sets of large human-like footprints crossing their own tracks diagonally that had not been there on the way up. The witness described a large set and a smaller miniature set and then ran out of the area quickly.
Hiker has daylight sighting in Grove Creek Canyon
The witness was hiking into Grove Creek Canyon in the afternoon when they saw a large reddish animal on the canyon rim about 100 feet above. The figure was described as about as tall as a large man and was looking east up the canyon for about five seconds. It then turned and walked out of view, and was not seen again during the rest of the hike.

The witness was on a fishing trip and eating lunch at camp when he spotted a fur-covered biped on a hill across from the boat launch using binoculars. He watched it for several minutes until it stepped over a fallen tree and disappeared into the trees. About an hour later he saw what he believed was the same creature near a rockslide on a larger hill across the lake before it disappeared again. He told his father he had seen a Sasquatch.

The witness claims finding a fresh large footprint in muddy ground near a river in the early afternoon, with photographs taken and others present. At the same time the group heard noises from underbrush up the hill. They thought the noise could possibly have been a herd of elk.

The witness was hiking in a remote, semi-hilly wooded area when they came across large tracks in mud estimated at about 17-18 inches. They also noticed a strong unpleasant odor and found a pile of long dark brown fur on the ground near a tree. No creature itself was reported as seen.

While packing to leave for a motel, the wife saw a huge hairy figure that had been crouched by a tree stand, turn, and walk away silently. They drove to the valley that night and returned in daylight to find the branch it stood under was well above the witness's reach, convincing them it was not a bear but a Sasquatch that had ransacked the camp.

A child riding in a car driven by a parent spotted a large fur-covered figure standing among trees alongside a mountain highway at dusk. The figure remained at the roadside watching the car pass. The child was frightened by the sighting and remained upset until arriving home.

The witness and a companion were driving logging roads looking for footprints. About 20 feet off a secluded logging road they found multiple footprints about 14 inches long in firm ground. They were able to follow the prints for 15 feet before losing the trail.

The witness was on a multi-day winter camping trip with her husband in a remote area. One evening she left the camper to collect ice, felt watched, and hurried back. Later that night while sleeping in the overhead camper bed she awoke to the camper being nudged and heard a deep sniffing sound outside at the level of the sleeping area. Her husband slept through it, and no tracks were found because the snow was packed to ice.

After daylight she searched around the house and found two large bare footprints in the driveway about 50 feet away, with no other tracks nearby.
