The guest and one fellow investigator camped in a research area in Lee County chosen after a Dogman report. They heard a growl, a distant tree fall, and something running around camp that was too fast to pinpoint on thermal, then found X-shaped tree structures without roots. On later visits team members saw a large dark humanoid with a conical head peek from behind a tree, found broken branches, and heard loud peacock-like bird sounds with nothing visible.

The investigator documented photo and video evidence, consulted a religious demonologist and priest, and performed a permitted deliverance prayer.
