Two officers spent a day hiking between a park trail and the uncle's land into an unlogged old-woods area. They filmed a rock box containing grape stems, numerous large fresh tree breaks all pointing the same compass direction, and a large intertwined structure at the top. They felt followed, heard large movement above them, human-like mumbling, footsteps that mimicked one officer, and a squirrel that abruptly went silent.

Over many years the Baker Unit of an old prison was reported haunted by the spirit of an inmate thrown from the fourth tier to his death. Inmates repeatedly woke to see a figure staring at them from their bunk and officers saw logbooks and other desk items slide off without visible cause on camera. The guest personally calmed a screaming inmate who reported the figure and later with a partner heard and saw on camera a heavy secured staircase gate slam shut with no one present.

The guest and his partner returned to check a baited game camera and heard running that circled to both sides before stopping. The pair heard slow advancing steps alternating directions and loud deep barks that the guest felt in his chest. After about forty minutes as darkness approached, they left without seeing the sources.

After a cold night sleeping out, the witness walked alone to a field where a large track had been found and sat with his back to the woods. He heard heavy stomps behind him and felt the ground shake, then saw a gray figure behind a tree about 30 feet away that struck the tree and vocalized. He scanned with his phone, noted an old tree break nearby and later heard two large knocks from another direction before returning to camp.

A research group camped at a remote river location and stayed up late around a fire to invite attention. On about the fifth night whistling calls, heavy movement through brush, and a loud branch break approached camp. The witness watched through a night-vision monocular as a large silhouette crossed a road with a smooth gliding gait, and the group later found disturbed ground and footprints that were tracked for about a mile.

The heat sources dropped from the trees and moved single-file toward her along the wood line. She then heard a deer screaming as if killed, experienced a blackout and an urge to leave, and later found thermal recordings appearing to show multiple upright figures.

A computer twice flew off a conference table, doors opened and slammed without pressure change, a voice spoke in an empty search room, and a recorder left overnight captured distant door slams. After the fence encounter the witness heard walking behind an abandoned barn, then recorded video from several football fields away of loud deep thuds on the farmer's barn for about ten minutes while birds panicked. The girlfriend later heard tapping inside the abandoned barn midday, and the witness later heard loud whoops from the woods while inside the house.

About seven years earlier, while driving at dusk on a gravel road into the Blue Mountains, the witness came around a bend and saw two tall figures crossing the road in the headlights. The lights reflected yellow from their eyes while low sunlight illuminated their bodies. The witness stopped and got out after they walked into the woods but saw nothing further and found no tracks because the ground was hard.
