Campers hear loud deep howls near Lake Texoma
Four campers sitting around a campfire at night heard two deep howls from the south, then a higher-pitched howl from the northwest, followed about 20 minutes later by a close whoop. Through the night they also heard brush breaking, grunts around 1 a.m., and noticed a slight odor.
