Bigfoot "bed" and possible tracks in duff found
The witness reported finding a large mashed-vegetation bed with a trail of very large footprints leading to it and trees broken high up. An investigator later visited the site with the witness and observed that the tracks were in duff without toe detail and that one track location would be awkward for a biped. The investigator suggested the bed could be from a bear or elk and was not enthusiastic about the site as evidence.
Nehalem River - Joe R. and wife found around 100 tracks and more over a 6 week period
Two witnesses reported finding about 100 footprints of widely varying sizes on uphill and downhill ground near a river over about six weeks, attributing them to six individuals. They also reported dug-up ground, broken alder trees, hearing footsteps, and briefly glimpsing an entity as it entered a thicket.
Broken trees found at Table Rock Rd.
The witness was exploring off Table Rock Road east of the Molalla River. He found multiple young alder trees with fresh breaks about 8 to 10 feet high along the downhill side of the road. The broken ends were left dangling, which was judged inconsistent with winter snow damage.

An investigator hiking on a tributary of Rock Creek while searching for Bigfoot sign reported finding fir trees with tops twisted off and hanging about eight and a half feet high beside an elk game trail. More similarly damaged treetops were noted further up the trail. No creature was seen during the outing.

A hunter reportedly shot a buck and was then charged by a 7.5-foot creature. The deer was later found mutilated and broken with the carcass covered with sticks. Broken trees and tracks were also reported at the site, which was later visited.
Clear Creek Campground Bigfoot throws tantrum, scaring campers
A group of six campers were in a campground at night when a large creature entered their camp. They shone flashlights on it from about 100 yards away and estimated it was 8 feet tall. The creature reportedly screamed, pulled up small trees and threw them across a creek toward the camp. The next day the group followed human-shaped 17-inch tracks for about a mile until they lost them on a rocky shelf.
Boy on bicycle spots Bigfoot, hears calls
In winter 1976 the witness was riding a bicycle near home when a branch snapping drew attention to brush where the head of a creature was seen. The witness left quickly on the bicycle. The snapped limb was later described as several inches thick.
Sixes River - Orange glowing eyes, strange sounds and disturbed vegetation described
Three people spent the night at a defunct gold claim in the forest. During the night they reported orangish eye flashes, squeaking sounds where the eyes were seen, strange crying noises from an alder stand, and a loud crashing noise likened to a car wreck. The next day they found a clump of vine maple with a large root wad that had been freshly pulled and laid sideways, which they could not move.

The witness and a relative hiked a trail multiple times and heard strange noises. They found possible large tracks, including one photographed, as well as a large dropping, whitish hair, and a thick tree broken off above the ground. An investigator was later shown a photo of one track.
