Paranormal encounter in Oklahoma
Five investigators went to the cemetery at night with a word-generating ghost box and lights. Two men saw three shapes in trees that dropped down, approached, stood on two legs, and vanished when spotlighted. Lights shut off, something circled them, and they later found very large hoof-like prints and saw a large cat cross the trail.

He heard loud whistles directed at him from across the canyon that later moved down the canyon. The same day he found a teepee-like arrangement of evergreens still rooted but pushed together.

A research group camped at a remote river location and stayed up late around a fire to invite attention. On about the fifth night whistling calls, heavy movement through brush, and a loud branch break approached camp. The witness watched through a night-vision monocular as a large silhouette crossed a road with a smooth gliding gait, and the group later found disturbed ground and footprints that were tracked for about a mile.

In high school after fresh snowfall the witness hiked to a wide creek and found deep tracks coming out of the water. They had three forward prongs and one rear prong with a stride longer than his own. He followed them uphill until they disappeared in fresh snow.

While squirrel hunting in winter the witness checked mud beyond a log for tracks. He found a small human-like bare footprint with apparent dermal ridges, about eight inches long, far from roads in freezing weather. He could not explain it as a person being barefoot there.

A few years after the childhood sighting, the witness returned to the same creek with his cousin and found a barefoot track coming out of the water with a foot placed partway up a tall clay bank and a handprint on top, suggesting it lifted itself up. The ground on top was dry so no further trail showed.

While fly fishing, the witness saw large brown movement between trees and then found very large flat-footed barefoot tracks with splayed gripping toes and a midfoot bend. He followed them to a creek crossing showing very long strides up a bank. He then heard a deep chickadee-like whistle, answered it, feared it was signaling another individual, and fled.

A couple set up a tent late at night in a small Arkansas river campground and noticed broken trees, a single large glowing eye by the river, then two large eyes watching from uphill. After going to sleep they were awakened by bipedal footsteps, owl-like calls turning to chatter, pebbles hitting the tent, touches to the tent and truck, and movement around camp. The man blew an air horn, they fled in their truck, later returned in daylight to find large footprints and discovered his phone had recorded sounds through the night.

The witness was elk hunting on horseback in fresh snow and found a human-like trackway crossing near camp with large four-toed prints. He showed the tracks to others in camp and followed them uphill about half a mile through timber. His horse became increasingly nervous sniffing the tracks and refused to continue in blow-downs, so he skirted the timber, found no exit tracks, and gave up the follow.

The guest's sister and her friend saw a tall stocky silhouette watching them from the edge of the woods by cattle fields while on a trampoline at night. They froze, then fled inside. The next day large footprints were found from the woods to the house and muddy handprints on a sliding door.

The homeowner told the guest the phenomena had been present for years at the adjoining family homes. His mother repeatedly called him when she heard talking sounds she could not understand coming from around her garbage. He said he bought a spotlight and at times saw figures running away. He showed photos of very large footprints and bamboo that had been knocked down.

While working on a stripped-soil excavation, the witness found a large barefoot print with toes beside a dirt pile. Nearby were three deep holes that matched the spacing of fingers when the witness tested by hand. The witness hypothesized a large biped had squatted and pushed up, leaving finger holes.

Soon after the tree fall, the witness arrived home to find a relative firing a shotgun toward the chicken coop at a tall hairy upright figure that ran off on two legs. Shortly afterward the witness found a single large distinct footprint with visible toes beside a car in muddy ground. The print was estimated at about fourteen inches long and eight inches wide.

The witness was hunting with an older hunting partner on ATVs north of the partner's house when the witness got off to check a soggy section of cut line. The witness noticed a line of large human-like footprints spaced far apart and followed them for 15 to 20 paces until they reached solid ground. While hunting, the witness exchanged whoops, found fresh feathers from a kill, then was paced by something in the trees. His partner called saying the same pacing was happening to him. They found a large fresh footprint straddling a ditch where it had crossed, with water still running into it.

The host described interviewing a man living against a national forest who heard his dog react at night. By morning the contents of a full dumpster, including a couch, had been pulled out and neatly stacked, with tracks photographed around it.
