Whistle near Lake Quinault, Washington
A week after moving into the second house, the guest, his wife, and his visiting parents were awakened around 2 a.m. by a sharp whistle and bipedal footsteps outside and aggressive banging on the bedroom window unit. In the morning they found spaced impressions leading from the tree line to both bedrooms and around the house, a river stone atop the high window unit, and a large forearm-shaped hair impression above garbage.

The next day the team returned to the night site to look for sign. They found toe and heel impressions measured at 15.6 inches, spaced several feet apart and heading back toward the creek. The trail led to the tree where the thermal figure had been, with prints around it suggesting something had stood and watched.

While riding midday on the fence line the witness found a fresh set of three-toed tracks with no other people or tire signs around. He first thought gator then bear then person but judged them too long and narrow for bear, unlike wide gator tracks with no tail drag, and too large and deep for a bird. He did not photograph them.

The Michigan guest relays a story heard from his grandmother about his great-grandfather hearing a loud bang on the barn while milking in the dark. In daylight a wide path was found leading from the woods to the barn.

As a third-grader kept home by snow, the witness walked to a neighbor's mailbox and noticed huge footprints in single file with a very long stride. He reported them to his mother, who suggested deer, which he rejected as implausible.
Sasquatch sighting near Ashford, Washington
Driving home at night after a Fourth of July visit, the witness first saw a tall figure cross the highway and then pass within 8 to 12 feet as it pushed a branch aside under a vapor light. He braked hard, stalled, and left without approaching. Next day he and his sister-in-law measured the branch at 10 feet at the jaw and followed heel-drag scuffs and heel prints toward dark timber.

At about age 12 the witness found a gigantic bare footprint in a mud slick by an irrigated lettuce field. He tried to mimic it with his own foot and could not. Feeling watched and seeing a shadow move behind trees after branch snaps, he ran home.

The witness, an experienced predator hunter, drove to a familiar oil-field hunting spot and noticed large three-toed tracks. While calling from a mesa in daylight, a large black animal approached on all fours from several hundred yards away. At close range it stood upright, revealing great height and width, a dog-like face with upright ears and hand-like front limbs, then fled rapidly on two legs over a fence.

An elderly hunter and a companion were trapping along a remote trail with a bad reputation. During the night one was awakened by a foul odor and saw a large body in shadow, fired a shot, and later found tracks that seemed neither human nor bear. The next day they found their camp destroyed, and after separating briefly one returned to find the companion dead with a broken neck, then fled on horseback through the night.

The witness and a companion were cutting firewood when he found a fresh small footprint in mud. They then heard and felt a large tree fall but could find no fallen tree. While searching around a large pine he saw only blackness underneath, felt sudden intense fear, ran, became disoriented, then returned to the truck and left.

The guest says during a night DNA-study camp he did call blasts and got tapping responses from cover about fifteen feet away. He and a teammate followed movement along a boggy stream and bridge. A large furry silhouette mimicked his steps and approached to about seven feet, showing facial highlights in moonlight. Next day they found a grass impression larger than his size-sixteen shoe.

The guest says he went to the Farmington fruit land area to investigate a reported sighting. He found footprints believed to be juvenile Sasquatch and made casts.

A man set up a truck-bed trailer on remote land in Nevada to live off-grid. He returned after two days to find it flipped onto its top, requiring four men to right it. A week later it was flipped again and footprints were seen nearby. He set up cameras to try to catch what was tipping it.

While tracking hogs the group crossed Sasquatch prints and followed them to dugouts under a bank. The guest looked up and saw two figures watching him and called companions over. All watched them as one moved its head between the group and the other figure, while he attempted to film.
Wood knock in Texas
Three people toured a remote site and heard a wood knock, then heard loud crashing and footsteps rushing toward them. They retreated and a light stopped the approach about ten feet away before it turned and walked off. The next day they found medium and very large tracks by a broken leaning tree.

A deer hunter in a climbing stand watched brush moving about 200 yards away and saw a large dark form squatting and disturbing a tree. When his stand made noise it looked at him, stood on two legs and ran. He found a huge slide track, then heard a wood knock and a whoop from different directions and left, later refusing to return.
Scream near Morganza, Louisiana
While working on flood-control construction, the crew heard loud screaming and banging from the swamp over several days around lunch and shutdown time. One morning they found fuel drums knocked over and dented, blood on equipment and soil, and large tracks around the site. The source of the sounds and disturbance was never identified.

The witness's grandmother, while on the porch, said she saw a thing walk across the pasture and step over a barbed wire fence without stopping. The next day the family found huge human-like but three-toed footprints crossing the fence and ditch to a dirt road, with long strides, including an imprint in soft rock. They also found coarse brown hair on the fence wire that smelled bad.
