Man hears possible vocalizations close to his home near Eatonville
The witness was lying down to sleep at home in the early morning when a series of loud vocalizations was heard from nearby woods. The sounds included a distant deep call, loud siren-like screams, and chattering with tongue-clicking, while neighboring dogs barked during parts of the sequence. The sounds faded and returned as if the source moved deeper into the woods and back before leaving for the last time.

The witness and a companion parked after dark in an observation lot and heard chattering and rock-clacking from a hillside, then approaching bipedal footsteps crossing the lot. The witness repositioned the vehicle to shine headlights and glimpsed a large bipedal figure vaulting a barrier and descending an embankment. Afterward the witness found fresh muddy footprints crossing the road and lot on the same path.

About three weeks before the interview the witness and a friend overnighted in the truck in a different part of the valley. They recorded chatter and whooping audio and found a footprint in thick moss. No creature was seen.
