They heard a growl from the darkness and later something rocked the trailer and touched a door handle while they were inside. The next morning they found tracks, a trail through camp, and a handprint on the trailer window. Scared and without taking photos, they avoided going outside at night until leaving after three days.

Around 2:30 a.m. after a motion light timed out, the witness looked down from upstairs by moonlight and saw a tall wide black upright figure tight against the house peering in a downstairs window. He whistled, and it fled with a fluttering sound over the chain-link fence. Next morning they found a large handprint, torn screen with five finger holes, and a face impression with mucus about eight and a half feet high.
