A young child reported a furry smelly cowman at the field edge, followed by an older sibling being followed by heavy footsteps and a father finding long coarse hair on a loosened fence wire. That evening the father and son were chased from the woods, night howls with whoops continued, and a large shape spoke and made faces at the bedroom window. The mother shot at an arm reaching for the child, the family fled, and returning days later found the house interior violently torn apart.

A truck driver reported striking a large hairy biped that went into a ditch. Deputies searched the area without finding the creature but reportedly recovered coarse dark hair from the grill. The investigator has not yet located the report or deputy.
Sasquatch sighting
A big rig struck a huge hairy manlike creature in the Midwest, injuring the driver and leaving the animal moaning roadside. A government veterinarian called to tranquilize it struggled with dosing and collected hair and blood. The next day officials allegedly seized the samples and denied the event.
Sasquatch sighting in Texas
The witness relays a friend's account of a law-enforcement friend who heard trash cans rattling at night and opened the door with a small gun to find a hairy wild-looking person-like thing. He shot once and it fled, friends failed to track it, and visitors who collected samples left business cards with numbers that later did not work.

Law enforcement contacts told the guest about a case where two people were taken from their home by dog-like creatures. Hair and footprints were reportedly found inside the house. The missing people remain missing.
