Sasquatch sighting in Arkansas (2017)
The guest was alone on a ladder deer stand before sunrise when he heard movement and vocal exchanges between two creatures. A large hairy creature stayed partly behind a cedar tree about 35 yards away, showing an arm, leg, foot and left side of its face. Fearing for his life, he shot it just above the knee, heard a loud scream, and watched it flee very fast; he later recovered the bullet with hair and saw blood.

The witness drove into the mountains near Shaver with his dog for a day hike to clear his head. About fifteen feet away a reddish female creature stood up from behind a manzanita bush while a large black male charged down from about two hundred yards away. The witness covered his dog in a fetal position until the male stopped close by, then tossed an apple which the female grabbed and ate whole before both walked toward the ridge. Afterwards he found a reddish puddle of blood behind the bush and left quickly.

The witness returned to the property late at night and saw a tall, less-hairy creature pacing across the road bent over with long arms. It threw a large log that narrowly missed, while another presence moved to the side. Pine cones and rocks struck the witness, who fired and hit the creature center mass, watched it fall groaning, then found bloody fluid on the ground the next day.

A year after Colorado, the guest was rifle hunting elk with his father and twelve others in the Frank Church Wilderness. One early morning he heard a moose-like grunt, saw a large brown creature approaching about 210 yards away, and fired two rifle shots, believing he hit its shoulder and back. The group found droplets of blood and high blood spray on aspens but, after two days searching, never recovered the animal.

The witness climbed about 20-25 feet up a pine on a small peninsula to wait for hogs over bait at dawn. He watched a large dark female figure stalk tree to tree toward the hogs, then leap, scream, knock a hog into an oak and kill it by pounding its side. The creature carried the hog off, exchanged calls with another unseen creature, then scented, located and stared up at the witness before walking away.

At age 15 the guest was fishing alone at a creek near his father's house when he heard whoops and saw a large hairy figure behind a sycamore. He confronted it with a .22 rifle, and after it growled and roared he shot it in the throat, then in the hand, then multiple times in the chest as it screamed, broke saplings, and ran straight through a barbed-wire fence across a hay meadow. Later that day his father found broken trees, blood and hair on the sycamore, and blood and hair on the broken fence wires.
