Long, loud whoops heard at 2:30AM heard on southern outskirts of Wadsworth
Late at night the witness sat alone on a back patio watching a meteor shower. From a distance to the south he heard two loud whoop-like vocalizations he had never heard before. The sounds startled him and he went back inside. Shortly after the whoops, coyotes were heard briefly and then fell silent.

Father and son record possible vocalizations at Kendall Lake in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park
The witness and his father visited the Kendall Lake entrance late at night and made whoop and howl calls while recording. They received a very long whoop-like response described as scary and scream-like from southeast of the gate. The witness compared it to a previously heard recording from Ohio in the 1990s.
