Campers hear scream and witness rock throwing at Twin Sister Lakes

The witness and two companions were camping at a remote lake past Bumping Lake. After nightfall on their final night, they heard single rocks striking and bouncing down the rocky slope about 60-70 yards from camp, repeating in different spots. They left camp with a lantern, guns and an axe to investigate, but the sounds stopped as they approached and nothing was seen. The witness later wondered if the sounds could have been something throwing rocks toward camp.
